Abstract:	本計畫主持人與協同研究人員等於2012年的研究發現生涯韌性的資產與危險因子並非二元對立，而是相互依存。在此基礎上，本計畫將採用現象學方法探究資產與危險因子透過動態歷程所開展的生涯韌性經驗之普遍結構。再者，為了善用華人文化中的流變智慧，本研究將深入分析《易經》中的凶局反轉故事。最後，為了探究生涯韌性經驗之觸發與開展歷程，本研究將進行網際網路失業族群討論版對話，並透過現象學方法探究生涯韌性經驗之發生結構。為了達成以上突破，本計畫主持人邀請長期投入現象學、華人生涯與生涯網路系統的協同主持人，共同規劃出兩年研究計畫。第一年針對篩選自碩博士論文的生涯韌性故事以及發展自易經爻際變化的凶局反轉故事兩種次級文本，進行現象學分析，以描述生涯韌性之經驗結構。第二年則以第一年研究成果為素材，挑選畢業即失業之待業社會新鮮人與非個人性因素被資遣的中年者兩個群體，藉助華人生涯網故事交流平台的失業討論版作為虛擬空間，依循敘說團體對分享、回映、重述故事的運作規則，協助成員發展個人的生涯韌性經驗與故事，再以現象學分析討論版對話，以描述生涯韌性之發生結構。 Our career resilience study in 2012 found assets and risk factors were not opposite to each other but interdependent with each other. Base on the findings, this study will use phenomenological method to inquire into the general structure of career resilience experience resulted from the dynamic process of those factors. Furthermore, to catch the wisdom of change philosophy in Chinese culture, this study will analyze the stories from “Yi”. Finally, to understand the initiating and developing process of career resilience experience, an internet discussion group for the unemployed will be conducted. Phenomenological analyses will be used to find out the genetic structure of career resilience experience. Therefore, a two-year research project is developed. In first year, phenomenological analyses of career resilience narratives from dissertations and stories from “Yi” will be conducted to describe the general structure of career resilience experience. The findings of first year will be applied to a discussion group on the Chinese Career Net. Unemployed graduates and the dismissed middle-aged will be invited into the group. The process rules of sharing, reflecting, and restating stories in narrative group will be adapted to help members develop their own experience and narratives about resilience in unemployment. Phenomenological analyses of internet discussion will be applied to describe the genetic structure of career resilience experience.
