全球氣候的高溫化、都市熱島效應影響了自然與都市環境,都市溫熱環境關係到人 類居住舒適度,植栽、綠地及鋪面為自然界中之重要綠元素,但都市規劃多為先配置人 類所需之設施,其次思考其他自然環境元素之設置,較少探討綠元素(植栽、綠地與鋪 面)的配置對調節都市微氣候之效能,若可於規劃階段瞭解綠元素對調節都市環境的程 度,將可提高都市綠元素系統的完整性,有效的規劃植栽綠化空間減少能源消耗及提高 生活品質,達到調節都市微氣候與維持生態運作等功能。 本研究主要探討綠元素(包含植栽、垂直綠化、透水性鋪面、水體)對微氣候之影 響,運用實際測量與計算流體力學(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD),比對驗證植 栽與鋪面對影響都市熱環境之配置原則,評估不同植栽配置、垂直綠化高度比與鋪面材 質使用對於人體舒適度的影響,根據實驗結果提出改善都市微氣候之建議,瞭解綠元素 對環境熱舒適之影響程度,提出綠元素在都市規劃中之配置方法,尋求最適合台灣氣候 之綠元素配置原則。 The global effects of high temperature and heat island influence the environments of nature and urban. The thermal environment of urban relates to the comfort of human habitat. Planting, green and pavement are the main green elements within nature. However, the living facilities required by human are always prior to most of the urban planning rather than the concern of natural elements. There is a dearth on the study of green elements how they possibly adapt the microclimate in urban area. If the influence level of green elements can be analysed at the planning stage, the system of green elements can be enhanced. The successful plan of the green spaces reduce the consumption of energy as well as improve the living quality which can achieve the functions of adapting microclimate and ecological operation. The present investigation mainly explores the effects of green elements on microclimate including tree, vertical green, pervious pavement and water body. The layout principle of green elements based on the study of outdoor thermal environment are carried by the experiment and CFD simulation evaluating various parameters of green elements on the influence level of thermal comfort. Afterward, the improving strategies of urban microclimate are given as well as the optimized principles of green layouts which are suitable for Taiwan climate.
