Abstract:	近年來老人福利服務提供多樣化，在老人照顧居住服務開辦了有老人安養、老人公寓與老人住宅服務，其中老人住宅始於2004年行政院核定的「促進民間參與老人住宅建設推動方案」。本研究主要從接受老人住宅服務的需求出發，透過藉由實際的需求探討，藉此分析老人住宅應有的角色與功能。本研究以質化個案研究法進行，深度訪談法蒐集資料，訪談對象包括6位受訪者。從中了解住民在馬斯洛不同的階層，其實都是對老人住宅具有角色期待，同時賦予角色應有之功能。從研究中可見，經由住民的訪談結果，可以得知老人住宅其實有諸多角色，有些角色在不同的層級重複出現，但所期待的功能會因為不同的需求層級而有所不同。 In recent years, offers a variety of welfare services for the elderly in residential care services for the elderly has opened eldercare, senior apartments and senior housing services, senior housing began in 2004 the Executive Yuan approved the "Promotion of Private Participation promote housing construction program for the elderly." In this study, from the elderly to receive residential services needs, by actual demand through discussion, analysis of elderly housing whereby proper role and function. In this study, a qualitative case study conducted in-depth interviews to collect data, interview subjects, including six respondents. Learn about the residents at different levels of Maslow, they are actually looking for senior housing has a role, and the role given to the proper function. Visible from the study through interviews residents can actually have a lot of senior housing that role, and some recurring roles at different levels, but expect demand function because of different levels and different.
