    Title: 足部站姿中性狀態站立跟骨之自動化量測

    Abstract: 人類的雙腳每日行走及站立,不正確的姿勢導致我們的雙腳與地面不良地接觸,造成腳跟與膝蓋疼痛或腰酸背痛,修正站姿可減少因站姿不良導致後續疾病,臨床醫學以鬆弛狀態跟骨站立位置(RCSP)、中性狀態站立跟骨位置(NCSP)及前足位置(FFTP)做為矯正足部站姿的評估。目前較精準之量測方法有用X光、CT、3D US、MRI等,但這些方法有輻射危害或是價格昂貴等缺點,本研究的目的是要開發套廉價,無輻射危害的機械化量測裝置,以中性狀態站立跟骨位置,利用平台上升或下降觀察小腿與腳跟影像,藉由Webcam擷取影像,利用電腦以影像處理方式分析跟骨影像位置,判斷小腿中心線與跟腱中心線關係。如何從測量數據中分析最佳的影像處理結果,為此實驗的挑戰。最後影像藉由小腿外部定義出小腿中心線及內部定義出跟腱中心線,結合上半部與下半部影像處理,可以得到小腿骨頭的中心線,將此十個中心點位置數據經由線性迴歸處理,決定NCSP的線性方程式,最後藉由旋轉腳踏板得到的影像資料,判斷出足部腳底需要外翻的旋轉角度,讓人的足部小腿骨保持與地面的垂直,以案例當平台頃斜角度為12度小腿中心線段與跟腱中心線段為最佳重合。

The purpose of this study was to develop sets of low-cost, no radiation hazard mechanized measuring device to a neutral state calcaneal standing position, use the platform to rise or fall calf and heel image observation by Webcam capture images, the use of a computer to video treatment of calcaneal image position analysis to determine the calf and Achilles tendon centerline centerline relationships. In cases when the platforms are oblique angle of 12 degrees with the Achilles tendon calf center line coincides with the center line of the best.
