    Abstract: 依據歐美風機在數十年內對系統分析之結果,約有30%的系統效能及利潤在風機葉片上,尤其是近代複材編織技術大量提昇,如何有效的運用複材完成高性能葉片設計,來精進風機全系統效益,且在定時、定性及一定經費下完成,因此,量身打造之葉片測試設備及是業界關切問題,本校係利用國科會計畫在一年內定時、定額及完成一定性能之複材葉片測試系統,且經測試已完成達成全系統之規範,經葉片上機量測後,發現確實精準量測到以往量不到葉片之特性數據,在此以系統工程技術的經驗來提供大家參考。
