    Abstract: 本論文旨在探討玻璃纖維強化乙烯酯/奈米雲母基材拉擠成型複合材料之加工可行性與動力學分析。再瞬時聚合拉擠成型加工過程中,加工可行性取決於樹脂特性,其影響因素包含樹脂黏度、操作時間、膠化時間以及樹脂與纖維之含浸效果。由乙烯酯/奈米雲母基材之操作時間、基材反應性與玻璃纖維與基材間優異含浸效果之探討,可知乙烯酯/奈米雲母基材系統具有優異之瞬時聚合拉擠成型加工可行性。由DSC分析與線性迴歸法可之動力學之自催化模式可描述玻璃纖維強化乙烯酯/奈米雲母基材拉擠成型之硬化行為。
