    Abstract: 本論文主要先以不同比例的複合材料加入幾丁聚醣、聚麩胺酸、蠶絲蛋白高分子溶液進行靜電紡絲來製做薄膜,在SEM觀察表面變化與溶液黏度測定,觀察添加不同比例的複合材料纖維細度的影響。由研究中可發現幾丁聚醣溶液的濃度越高纖維直徑就越大,黏度越大,抗菌性也越好,而聚麩胺酸具有良好的生物相容性,而導致抗菌性下降,然而吸水率則隨著聚麩胺酸的比例增加而提升。
