    Title: 不同物理預處理對兩段浸漬輸送帶黏貼強力影響之研究

    Abstract: 本研究是將高強力聚酯/尼龍梭織物以微波、氧氣電漿及遠紅外線進行兩段式預處理,使織維表面糙化且改善濕潤性,並浸漬異氰酸鹽水溶液使纖維表面活性化,借以改善RFL藥劑之包覆性及化學活性,進而提升橡膠熱壓輸送代基布之黏貼強力。本研究將高強力聚酯/尼龍梭織物以微波功率490W時間60s,氧氣電漿功率240W時間60s,遠紅外線溫度200℃時間20s。僅預浸漬後,其布與布層間和布與膠層間黏結強力上較未處理原布提升至12.7kgf提升23.30%,及12.1kgf提升28.72%;加上預處理後,處理方式先經氧氣電漿再行遠紅外線處理之基布,其布與布層間黏結強力提升最多,黏結強力為17.3kgf,提升69.96%而處理方式先經紅外線在行氧氣電漿處理之基布,其布與膠層間黏結強力提升最多,黏結強力提升至18.5kgf,上升96.81%。
