    Title: 冬山河洪患之避難路徑研究

    Abstract: 宜蘭縣的冬山河受地形平坦及東北季風的影響，降雨量與降雨強度相當可觀，經常造成洪患。洪患發生時，不僅對周遭環境有一定的衝擊與破壞，對於民眾的生命財產危害程度更是無法預知。本研究利用GIS路網分析於洪患發生時的避難路徑，以冬山河流域之淹水範圍為主，配合其流域內的避難處所、道路，進行最短避難路徑的模擬，提供民眾避難之參考，確保人身安全。
