    Abstract: 本研究應用奈米碳管的導電性、比表面積及吸附特性,作為氣體感測器的感測材料基材,以水(H2O)為分散劑,配合Poly(Vinyl/Pynolidone) (PVP)等16 種功能性高分子,使用半導體黃光製程,製作感測器吸附材料元件,比較奈米碳管與不同高分子製作的氣體感測元件,分別在二氧化氮、氨氣不同氣體濃度條件下的氣體感測性質分析。利用NO2、NH3 等氣體對薄膜所造成的影響程度的不同,探討NO2、NH3氣體與奈米複合感測薄膜之間的反應,觀察電阻變化曲線之差異,由此可判別感測不同氣體。
    A variety of polymer coupled with dispersed MWCNT in water forming nanocomposite thin films which have long been employed as gas molecule sensor materials due to their attractive chemical absorption features. Use the 16 polymer/MWCNT composites for the gases sensor to produce the different sensitivities of NO2、NH3 gases in various concentration and then apply these fingerprints to identified various gases.
