    摘要: 利用熔融法來製備奈米碳管/聚丙烯之奈米複合材料,並利用混合酸來改質奈米碳管使其官能基化。由傅立葉紅外線光譜、拉曼光譜、熱重分析與X 光繞射分析可知奈米碳管成功被酸改質;由掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察奈米碳管均勻分佈於聚丙烯樹脂中;結果顯示奈米複合材料之硬度隨著奈米碳管含量之增加而提升,而奈米複合材料之抗張強度、抗張模數與耐衝擊強度皆隨著奈米碳管含量之增加至3 phr 而提升,超過3 phr 後下降;經過混合酸改質之奈米碳管/聚丙烯奈米複合材料之機械性質皆優於未改質之奈米碳管/聚丙烯奈米複合材料。
    The multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)/polypropylene (PP) nanocomposites were fabricated by the melt mixing method. MWCNTs were chemically treated by immersing them in acidic solutions to ensure extensive dispersion in the surrounding matrix. From the Fourier
    transfer infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy,
    thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA)and X-ray diffraction (XRD) tests, it can be observed that the MWCNTs has been successfully modified by acid solutions. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) has shown that MWCNTs are
    distributed reasonably uniformly. It showed that the hardness of nanocomposites increased with increase in MWCNTs content. The tensile strength, tensile modulus and impact strength of nanocomposites increased with MWCNTs content to a maximum value at 3 phr, and then decreased. The all mechanical properties of acid-modified MWCNTs reinforced PP
    nanocomposites were more outstanding than that of unmodified MWCNTs.
