    Title: 人力資源從業人員專業職能、工作價值觀與職涯滿足之關聯性研究

    Abstract: 近年來企業環境的改變,以及面臨全球化競爭之際,已意識到人力資源管理的重要性,而人力資源管理部門的功能也從原本只扮演被動服從角色,逐漸發展成為企業策略夥伴,以及幫助組織變革與創新的角色。
    本研究主要探討人力資源從業人員專業職能、工作價值觀與職涯滿足間之影響。並以台灣地區民間企業為研究範圍,以便利抽樣方式,針對人資從業人員進行問卷調查,題項分為:專業職能、工作價值觀、職涯滿足,以及人口統計等,以統計方式進行相關的迴歸分析。
    研究結果發現,人力資源專業職能對職涯滿足具有顯著正相關,工作價值觀對職涯滿足具有顯著正相關,工作價值觀在專業職能與職涯滿足間具有干擾效果。
    依上述發現,人力資源從業人員之專業職能、工作價值觀與職涯滿足相互間確實有影響關鏈,期能做為人力資源從業人員在職涯規劃上的參考,及提升職涯滿足之效益,並提供企業在人力資源從業人員的職涯發展與規劃上之參酌。
    The transformation of business environment, and the emerging of global competition in recent years, impel us to realize the importance of the human resource management, and yet the function of human resource department has been gradually developed from a passive role into an enterprise strategic partner, as well as to take part in helping the changes and innovation of the organization.
    This study is mainly focused on exploring the influence of human resource practitioner’s professional competence, work values, and career satisfaction. We chose Taiwan’s non governmental enterprises as the scope of the study, addressing human resource practitioners undergo the questionnaire survey through sampling way, which is divided into: professional competence, work value, career satisfaction, population etc, then carry on a relevant and regression analysis statistically.
    Therefore, the influences between professional competence, work values and career satisfaction do exist, we hope that it will become the reference for the human resource practitioners in their career planning, enhance the effectiveness of career satisfaction, and provide the corporate with the suggestions in human resource practitioner’s career development and planning.
    As the results, human resource professional competence shows positive correlation significantly to career satisfaction, but work values will interfere with the professional competence and career satisfaction.
