在諸多國際參展的文獻或論文報告中顯少著墨於此參展危機的論述,哪些事件是參展中容易誘發危機? 如何預防及避免是本研究所需探討的問題。本文將針對在參展發生危機前後的可能發生情況及因素,依據發展的階段,進行全面性、條理性的歸納及整理,俾提供參展時之參酌。本文研究目的如下:
一、探討參展時引起危機的誘發事件。
二、分析廠商參展時面對危機的處理策略。
三、建置參展危機知覺模式以提供廠商運作參考。
四、實證危機知覺模式,並提出改善建議。
本研究的研究範圍界定於曾赴國外參展之醫療器材產業廠商為對象,探討彙整參展廠商建構危機認知的方法,同時對於參展時界定為危機的因素,做一分析整理。
本研究選擇醫療器材產業的廠商為實證研究對象,根據醫療公會會員廠商並曾參加國外展覽的廠商作為研究母體,採隨機抽樣方式共回收261份問卷,主要探討危機知覺對商展危機的關係。結果發現,如能在參展前將危機因素排除,可降低參展時危機的產生,因此可以實證(Billings et al., 1980)的危機知覺模式,並提出改善及建議。
There was rare to found any documents or papers report significantly were linked the international exhibition crisis discourse, which factor is likely to cause a crisis? How to prevent and avoid the crisis occurred when to attend international exhibition, this issue is worthy to study. This article will focus on the circumstances and factors when before and after to attend exhibitions that crisis may occur, according to the stage of development, a comprehensive and totally examine and serve to exhibitors for reference. The purpose of this article is as follows:
1. To explore what is the crisis factor caused when attending exhibitions .
2. Analysis of the exhibitors how to face a crisis and deal with it.
3. To build exhibitors crisis perception model to provide vendors operations reference.
4. Empirical crisis perception mode and make recommendations for improvement.
Define the scope of this study which ever went to foreign exhibitors in the medical equipment industry vendors for our samples, to explore and collect exhibitors what are the crisis factors and how to deal with their crisis perception, in order to make an analysis.
In this study, the medical manufacturers will be our research object, according to the medical Society of member firms and vendors that had participated in exhibitions abroad as a research population, adopted random sampling were collected 261 ques-tionnaires and mainly discusses the crisis in the relationship between perception of the crisis on exhibitions.
The results found that if before attend exhibition exclude risk factors can reduce the crisis occurred. This can prove (Billings et al., 1980) perception of crisis model apply in the exhibition and provide exhibitors reference and suggestions in the future.
