    摘要: 隨著時代的改變,學歷似乎已不再是絕對的優勢,大學生與碩士失業率逐年提高,高中、高職生失業率則逐年降低,在現今少子化時代及社會教育程度普遍提高的情況下,導致學生素質參差不齊,因而造成「一種學歷,十種程度」的現象。然而,現今的社會卻也流露出學歷將成為最基本條件之需求的傾向,雖非絕對的優勢,但沒有一定程度上的學歷卻成為劣勢。本研究以大學至博士之教育程度分類,探討企業雇主對於受雇者在不同的教育程度下是否影響其員工士氣。此外,以往研究缺乏不同教育程度形成之道德行為結果,而亦有研究顯示學生在經歷道德教育後,對個人道德傾向有顯著改善效果,進而影響其員工士氣。因此本研究亦同時探討道德教育對教育程度與員工士氣之干擾效果。
    本研究共計發出200份問卷,有效問卷170份。研究結果顯示,教育程度與員工士氣之關係為正向關係,隨著教育程度的提升,員工士氣亦越來越高。而研究結果亦發現,道德教育對教育程度與員工士氣確實存在著正向之干擾效果。學術上,本研究補充以往只討論教育程度與員工士氣之直接關係與間接關係,缺乏道德教育之干擾影響的探索及研究,管理上,本研究結果亦可提供教育規畫者及管理者參酌運用。
    With the changing times, education seems no longer an absolute advantage, university Master's unemployment rate has gradually increased and high-school students the unemployment rate decreased year by year, in today's era of declining birthrate and social education in general to improve the situation, resulting in uneven quality of students, phenomenon. However, today's society but it also reveals the basic conditions of the qualification requirements will be a tendency, though not absolute advantage, but without a certain degree of education has become a disadvantage. In this study, the University of the level of education to doctoral explore employers for employment in the different educational levels whether the affect staff morale. In addition, the lack of previous studies of the formation of different educational levels of ethical behavior results, and some studies show students experiencing moral education, the right of personal morality tend to have significantly improved results, thereby affecting the morale of its employees. Therefore, this study also explore the level of education and moral education of the moderating effect of employee morale.
      In this study, a total of 200 questionnaires sent, 170 valid questionnaires. The results showed that the level of education and the relationship between employee morale positive relationship with the level of education to enhance staff morale is also increasing. The study also found that the level of education and moral education for the existence of a positive morale effect of interference. Academically, this study discusses education supplement previously only direct relationship with staff morale and indirect relationships, lack of moral education of interference effects of exploration and research, for management, results of this study will also provide education and manager of deliberate planning application .
