摘要:	數位時代下，報紙媒體在面臨讀者閱讀習慣改變、訂戶流失、廣告營收下降，甚至陸續結束營業的情形下，接連運用其組織轉型的方式，形成具多種媒介通路的規模，「數位匯流」是唯一的路徑，也是各家媒體積極發展的方向，但有不少是將相同內容搬到網路或App上，經營者仍以報份銷售量和點閱率為依歸。對於數位時代的使用者來說，更在意的是可接近性（Accessibility）與互動內容，也有報紙媒體從使用介面、服務機制與營利模式來創新，而如何定義其做法優劣與否，則與成功案例及文獻相對照，觀察其是否具備可持續發展性（sustainability）。探討報紙媒體如何成功發展數位匯流，本研究透過深度訪談法，以聯合報系為研究案例，比較報紙媒體由平面轉型的過程中，新聞工作者如何順應數位潮流擺脫困境、吸引新舊讀者認同、持續發揮專業效益與影響力，據此提出報紙媒體發展數位匯流模式的方向。 In the digital era, the newspaper media in facing readers' habits change, the subscriber churn, advertising revenues declined, and even land continued closing the case, successive use of its organizational transformation methods, forming a variety of media channels scale, "Digital Convergence" is the only path, and it’s also actively developing various media direction, but many of them are moved to the same content on the Internet or the App, the operators were still reported sales and click-through rates prevail. For users of the digital era, it is more concerned about is accessibility and interactive content, but also from the use of newspaper media interface, service mechanism and profit model innovation, and how to define its approach merits or otherwise, is contrasted with the success stories and literature observe whether they have sustainability. Explore how the successful development of newspaper media digital convergence, this research through depth interviews with case study of the United Daily News, newspaper media compared the process of transition from the plane, journalists how to adapt to the digital, and get rid of predicament, to attract new and old readers agree continued to play professional effectiveness and influence, which proposed the development direction of newspaper media convergence.
