本研究係從「家庭資源管理」觀點,探討中國文化大學碩士在職專班學生「信用卡使用行為」、「家庭生活消費支出管理」之現況,並分析不同「個人及家庭背景因素」在「信用卡使用行為」及「家庭生活消費支出管理」的差異情形,進而探討信用卡使用行為與家庭生活消費支出管理之相關性。
主要研究結果如下:
一、不同「家庭每月收入」之受試者在整體「信用卡使用行為」與「聰明消費型」構面、不同「婚姻狀況」之受試者在「聰明消費型」構面及不同「家庭持有信用卡張數」之受試者在整體「信用卡使用行為」與「聰明消費型」、「便利工具型」等構面,均有顯著差異存在。
二、不同「職業」之受試者在整體「家庭生活消費支出管理」及「家庭財務資源整合運用」、「家庭財務資源轉換運用」等構面、不同「家庭持有信用卡張數」之受試者在整體「家庭生活消費支出管理」及「家庭財務資源整合運用」構面及不同「信用卡回饋方式喜好」之受試者在「家庭財務資源轉換運用」構面,均有顯著差異存在。
三、整體「信用卡使用行為」與整體「家庭生活消費支出管理」呈正相關。
根據本研究結果得知,信用卡使用行為與家庭生活消費支出管理是息息相關的。建議主管機關可規劃家庭、學校、社會等不同領域的「信用卡應用實務」學習課程,以協助使用者學習正確的信用卡理財知識,避開使用上的風險。
This study is aim at exploring the current situation of "credit card usage behavior" and "household consumption expenditure" of EMBA students in Chinese Culture University. Afterwards, we analyze the different "credit card use behavior" and "household consumption expenditure management" that are effected by different "personal and family background factors". Finally, we explore the credit card usage behavior and family life, and their correlation between consumption expenditure management.
A. Obvious differences are found in the following aspects. First, the "credit card usage behavior" and "smart consumer" of subjects with different "monthly household income". Second, "smart consumer" of subjects with different "marital status". Third, the overall "credit card usage behavior", " smart consumer" and "convenient tool" of subjects with different "Family holding credit card number of sheets".
B. Obvious differences are also found in the aspects mentioned below. First, the overall "household consumption expenditure management", "integrate and use the financial resources of the family" and the "family financial resources into the use of" of subjects with different "occupations". Second, the "family life consumption expenditure management" and "household use of financial resources integration" of subjects with different "families holding a credit card number of copies". Last, the "household use of financial resources integration" of subjects with different "Credit Card feedback type preferences".
C. We found that the overall "credit card usage behavior" is proportional to the overall "household consumption expenditure management".
According to the study results, credit card usage behavior and family living expenses management are closely related. We recommend that competent authorities may plan learning programs such as "credit card application practice" to help people in different fields learn the correct credit card financial knowledge, avoiding the risks when using credit cards.
