摘要: | 一般行人行走在路上總是會許多外在因子去引導本身已決定的路徑,本研究的目的在發掘這些因子,用這些因子使行人的路徑規畫效果可以明確掌握。依行人的特性路徑規畫的方式大有不同,本研究由這些因子中找出令既已規畫的路徑,在面臨此一因子時將會變更路徑,本研究將此一因子稱之為「動態路徑規劃因子」。隨著技術的進步,目前的智能手機與本研究的動態路徑規劃因子合作運用並與行動商務結合,形成引導移動指令的組合,是一個非常有趣的商業機會。行人有時在商店,不斷地並接收來自印刷廣告的刺激,在固定的角落這些刺激傳遞的媒體如平面廣告、電視廣告牆或廣播,如果刺激信息在空間中可以攜帶,則不受限制的隨處可得,則對商業的行銷上有莫大的助益。然而目前的刺激模式仍然無法自己運行,而是行人主動找到後使用。本研究針對動態路徑規劃因子的運用,可得偏向提升的刺激效果。動態路徑規劃因子在於行人對某些特性刺激的接受程度的反應。如果在擁有共同目的的行人中給予相同、不同或變更的刺激時,即可判視因人而異的路徑規畫結果,同時在持續的給予強弱的刺激時,亦可發現動態路徑變更的現象,因此本研究將這些現象導入於實驗中,實施數據的收集並加以分析,發現幾個現象:一、行人對既定的規畫路徑的遵守意願在有無刺激下有明顯的變化二、刺激的強度會影響路徑,但是在接受刺激的行人則會依其所在位置進行判斷,有時不會選擇改變,而是放棄、三弱的刺激不表示無效,有時實際環境的狀況會將弱的刺激增強。
本研究的目的經由實驗結 果得到動態路經規劃因子的效用,藉此結果運用在實際環境的導入,可適時、適地、適人的提升刺激效果,達成路徑規畫時預計效應的產生。
