| 摘要: | 臺灣地狹人稠，近年來隨著經濟成長、國民所得逐年提高，人口都市化，加上科技及施工機具的發展，建築物林立，人們的居住型態由平面逐漸往立體發展，其中又有六成以上是供居住使用，而每一棟建築物的公共樓梯平時作為連結上下樓層的主要交通動線，發生地震、火災等緊急情況時，又具有逃生避難的功能，由此可知公共樓梯的必要性及重要性。樓梯自古便有許多超越基本功能以外的象徵意義，也有著建築物的骨幹及步道等稱號，但現今人類的觀念改變，政府法令也僅以最低安全標準來規範，以至於樓梯在設計及使用上產生了不理想、不合理甚至不符合建築精神。本探討先以相關法令、資料、文獻得到樓梯的理想面、合理面與法理面，由實證區的觀察與問卷得到問題，透過深入訪談得到議題，再將議題整理後得到課題並提出因應對策。本探討結果可提供投資者或設計者在執行面之企劃、計畫、規劃、設計及構想階段時參考，並對政府在法令規章上有所改善進步，以利未來建築物品質提升。
本探討共分為五章十八節，茲摘述如下:
第一章 主要在確立探討緣起、動機、目的、範圍和探討內容、方法、步驟
與流程，以利論文進行。
第二章 針對探討目的，提出有關住宅大樓公共樓梯使用管理的相關法令、
資料與文獻，以建立本討論架構。
第三章 本章以臺北市中山區伊通街富邸大樓為實證區，進行問卷及訪談調
查並分析得到結果。
第四章 將結果驗證化，進而提出集合住宅公共樓梯使用與管理之課題與因
應對策。
第五章 針對目前住宅大樓公共樓梯使用與管理的使用上，所衍生之課題與
因應對策，提供結論與建議，以供日後使用者之參考與依據。
Densely populated in Taiwan with economic growth in the recent years, the nation income has been raised year by year, population urbanizes plus that the development of technology and construction machinery, the building are everywhere, the living patterns of people was changed gradually from plane to dimensional development., where more than 60% is provided for living purpose, moreover, the public stairs of each building is usually to act as the major traffic moving lines to connect the upper and lower floor, in case of emergent condition such as occurrence of earthquake or fire disaster, it also has the function of escape and evacuation, from which we can know the necessity and importance of public stairs. The stairs have the symbolism other than many basic function from past to the present, it also can be called as the skeleton of architecture and trails, but now the concept of human being has been changed, even the government statute is only to stipulate by minimum safety standard, which has caused stairs as not so ideal and unreasonable in design or usage, even not conform to architectural spirit. The study is firstly with the related statute, information, and literatures to obtain the ideal aspect , ration aspect, and legal aspect of stairs, meanwhile, the study observes from the empirical area and conduct questionnaire to obtain problem, and by having through deeper interview to obtain issue, after being arrange issue to obtain topic so as to provide responding measure. The result of study can be provided for reference to investor or designer while in the execution of scheduling, planning, or during the stage of design or conceiving, it also can be provide for government for the improvement of statute or regulation to be advantageous for the promotion of architectural quality.
The study is divided into 18 sections and 5 chapters, and is abstracted as follows:
Chapter 1: Mainly to ascertain the origin, motivation, purpose, scope, contents, method, and steps and flowing process of study to be advantageous for the proceed of thesis.
Chapter 2: To aim at the purpose of study to provide the structure of the related statute of public stairs of residential buildings.
Chapter 3: The chapter is by having through with the Yitong mansion in Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City as the empirical area to proceed questionnaire and interview investigation, and to analyze and to obtain result .
Chapter 4: To verify result and further to provide the topic and responding measure for the usage management of public stairs of residential building.
Chapter 5: To aim at the topic and responding measure incurred from the usage management of the public stairs of current residential buildings to provide conclusion and suggestion to be for reference and compliance for the user thereafter. |
