摘要: | 隨著臺灣地區經濟蓬勃發展,民眾對生活品質的要求的逐漸提高,目前已開始追求都市空間的舒適與都市活動的多樣化,但在都市環境卻是日益惡化,且以汽車導向規劃的思維均使得都市逐漸朝向不人性化。
近年來因人本意識抬頭,人行空間已逐漸受到重視,這次的研究以台北市公館商圈做為探討對象,主要是因為現有的商業區人行空間還存在問題,人行與車行動線重疊、人行空間私有占據情況嚴重,使行人在行走上有安全的顧慮,通道空間也變成不連續性,難以去體驗空間的舒適性。本研究藉由實質環境現況調查方式來提出商業區人行空間存在之課題,並以問卷方式針對一般民眾做環境感知偏好及滿意度之調查。
本研究經過問卷調查結果及分析後發現,在環境感知部分,使用者對於安全感及擁擠感認同度較低,在街道配置上可重新檢討以減少人車混雜之問題;使用滿意度部分則是對於指示標誌及街道家具設施較為不滿意,可著手進行硬體部分改善;實質規劃項目環境偏好部分則是對於人行空間尺度及使用機能部分認同度較為不足,包含步道寬度、舖面平整度以及私人占用等問題。
In Taiwan, with the booming economy, people's quality of life requires a gradual increase, now began to pursue a comfortable urban space and urban activity diversification, but in the urban environment is deteriorating, and the automobile-oriented thinking are planning makes the city gradually toward not humane.
In recent years, due to human consciousness, pedestrian space has gradually taken seriously, this research study in Taipei Gongguan district as objects, mainly because of the existing Business District pedestrian space is also a problem, pedestrian and vehicle action lines overlap, pedestrian private space occupied in serious condition, so that pedestrians walking on security concerns, the channel space becomes discontinuous, it is difficult to experience the comfort of space. This study investigated the status of the physical environment Business District pedestrian way to raise the topic space exists, and questionnaire for the general public to make environmental perception preferences and satisfaction surveys.
After this study and the analysis of the survey results found that in some environmental perception, user identification for security and crowded feeling low, can be configured in the streets in order to reduce re-examine the problem of hybrid vehicles; usage satisfaction part is for signs and street furniture facilities are often not satisfied, you can proceed with the hardware part of the improvement; physical planning project environmental preferences part is OK for people to use spatial scales and some degree of recognition is more functional deficiencies, including trail width, pavement smoothness and private occupation and other issues. |
