本研究目的在探討桃園縣國小教師休閒運動参與現況與動機之情形,以「桃園縣國小教師休閒運動参與現況與動機調查問卷」為研究工具進行問卷調查,瞭解桃園縣國小教師休閒運動参與現況與動機是否因不同背景變項而有所差異;另亦研究休閒運動之參與現況,是否會影響教師的參與動機。本研究是以桃園縣國小教師為研究對象發放284份正式問卷,回收有效問卷共271份,有效問卷回收率佔95.42%,透過問卷調查及統計,以因素分析、信度分析、效度分析、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行相關統計分析及資料處理,結果發現:一、性別對於休閒運動之參與現況變項中的參與次數、參與時數、參與期日等三項構面有顯著之影響,男性受試者對休閒運動參與的次數較頻繁、每次的參與時間亦較長;女性受試者多利用假日或連續假期參與休閒運動。二、職稱對於休閒運動之動機因素變項中的社會需求及健康與適能兩構面有顯著之影響,教師之職稱如愈高階,就愈因其社會需求及健康適能之影響而參與休閒運動。三、受試者之教育程度、職稱、家庭狀況、平均每月所得等,與休閒運動之參現況並無顯著相關。基於上述研究發現,就本研究之結論提出對教育主管機關、學校單位、教師及未來研究之建議,期望對國小教師之休閒運動参與有所助益。
The purpose of this study is to discuss the situation and motivation in sports and leisure from 284 elementary school teachers in Taoyuang county. The valid samples are 271 and hence the efficient response rate is more than 95%. By using statistical analysis with factor analysis, reliability, validity, correlation and regression, three outcomes are obtained. Firstly, as far as the participation on recreational sports, the gender is significantly related to the frequency, hours and date of participation. In other words, the male participates on recreational sports are in favor of more times and longer hours, while the female participants are inclined to engage in recreational sports. Secondly, the professional title has a positively significant impact on social demand and health capability. In other words, the higher professional title has a stronger incentive to participation on recreational sports from the viewpoints of social demand and health situation. Finally, the degree of education, professional title, family condition, average monthly income are all insignificantly related to participation on recreational sports. Our findings and conclusions are useful to the education authorities, schools and teachers.
