    Abstract: 鋰離子二次電池的電子產品及電動運輸器具迅速的發展。因而隔離膜的安全環保性需求提高,因此在鋰離子電池的設計上、安全性的隔離膜材料極為關鍵,隔離膜其主要功能是當同時在正負極之間使鋰離子電解質充分通過,同時能在充放電間中對電解液保持高度浸潤性
    ,避免溫度持續升高導致爆炸。
    這份研究是以濕式手抄紙機器技術,使用闊葉樹漂白牛皮紙漿[簡稱LBKP]為基礎,經過打漿、抄造、烘乾等步驟,使用兩種游離度(400ml、450ml)、各抄造兩種重量比(1.078 g/㎡、1.118 g/㎡)的樣張,選取抄造交織地合優良6種基重分別以16g/㎡、18g/㎡、20g/㎡,20g/㎡、25g/㎡、30g/㎡之紙張,以探討其微結構之研究。精研造紙纖維隔離膜的物性,包含奈米級多種孔洞(天然纖維的壁孔及其交錯形成的奈米級孔洞)結構、抗張強度、熱重損失。檢測天然纖維隔離膜與塑料聚乙烯和聚丙烯隔離膜之優劣。
    經由實驗研究發現,游離度於400ml時以LBKP:18 g/㎡基重其熱重損失、平滑度、機械強度、扭曲率、潤濕性、電阻、伸長率提高了隔離膜的性能。被認為是有機會可取代聚乙烯和聚丙烯隔離膜複合平面材料。
    Lithium-ion secondary battery of electronic products and electric transportation appliance rapid development. Thus isolation membrane safety and environmental protection requirements increase, so the lithium-ion battery design, safety isolation membrane materials critical to isolating film whose main function is that when both the positive and negative electrodes between the lithium-ion electrolyte fully through, and can occasionally during charging and discharging the electrolyte to maintain a high degree of wettability avoid temperature continues to rise cause an explosion.
    This study is based on the wet hand sheet machine technology, the use of bleached hardwood kraft pulp [referred LBKP] basis, after beating, papermaking and drying steps, using two freeness (400ml, 450ml), a copy made two kinds of weight ratio (1.078 g/㎡, 1.118 g/㎡) of the sample, select the papermaking intertwined to fit fine six kinds of basis weight respectively, 16g/㎡、18g/㎡、20g/㎡,20g/㎡、25g/㎡、30g/㎡ the paper is to investigate the microstructure of the study. Lapping papermaking fiber insulation film properties, including a variety of Nano scale holes (hole in the wall of natural fibers and the formation of Nano scale holes staggered) structure, tensile strength, thermal kinds of losses. Isolation membrane detecting natural fibers and plastics polyethylene and polypropylene barrier film of pros and cons.
    The experimental study found that freeness 400ml when LBKP: 18g/㎡ basis weight of the heat kind of loss, smoothness, mechanical strength, twist rate, wettability, resistance, elongation order to improve the performance of membrane isolation. Is considered to have an opportunity to replace polyethylene and polypropylene separator film composite planar materials.
