近年來在全球化的風潮下,台灣產業面臨轉型與升級壓力,許多傳統產業已漸漸失去產業競爭優勢,因此在知識經濟的時代要如何發掘並培育潛力的新興產業,作為未來經濟成長的新動力,是政府推動產業政策的當務之急。2010年通過的文化創意產業發展法提供了協助產業發展的文化經濟環境,也刺激新一波文化創意產業的市場經濟。2010年中台灣在文化創意產業的營業總額高達6600億元,較2009年成長16.1%。文化創意產業也勢必將形成下一波的產業競爭。而現階段教育部統計大學生畢業人數為232,448人,但失業率卻高達4.83%,普遍應屆畢業生找不到自己有興趣的工作,文化創意產業是現在新興產業要如何提高應屆畢業生就業意願就必須從教育方面著手,以提高大專生對文化創意產業的涉入程度或者藉由學校課程中加入產學合作或實習課程以加強大專生對文化創意的體驗價值並提高就業意願;本研究在探討提升文化創意涉入程度並加入體驗價值加強就業意願,研究樣本為大專院校應屆畢業生,抽樣範圍為台北市與新北市,採用便利抽樣方式。
去學者在涉入程度上並未就教育方面上進行研究,大部分都是針對行銷方面做涉入程度之探討,然而本研究找出涉入程度中個人涉入及情境涉入兩大構面對應屆畢業生在文化創意產業就業意願上之影響。並證實畢業生在不同的涉入觀點下會有不同的就業意願。本研究也實證出應屆畢業生對文化創意涉入程度與就業意願之關係會因參與體驗價值而產生正向影響,整體而言文化創意產業藉由學校、政府大力推廣使一般民眾對於這個名詞都不陌生,但卻沒有進一步的深入了解以至於大部分的學生對於文化創意產業都相較於其他行業並沒有產生較大的興趣,但本研究藉由這次問卷發放發現,具有相關工作經驗的學生對於文化創意產業因為具有體驗並產生涉入進而提高未來進入文化創意產業的機會。
Wave of globalization in recent years, Taiwan's industrial transformation and up-grading pressures facing many traditional industries have gradually lost industrial competitiveness, so the era of knowledge economy to how to explore and nurture the potential of emerging industries, as the future new impetus for economic growth , is the government to promote industrial policy priority. 2010 through the development of cultural and creative industries provide a method to assist industrial development of cultural and economic environment, but also to stimulate a new wave of cultural and creative industries in the market economy. 2010 Taiwan's cultural and creative indus-tries in the total turnover of up to 660 billion yuan, compared with 2009 growth of 16.1%. Cultural and creative industries is bound to form the next wave of industry competition. Ministry of Education statistics at this stage the number of university graduates as 232,448 people, but the unemployment rate was as high as 4.83%, gener-ally graduates find their work interesting, cultural and creative industries are now emerging industry to how to improve the employment of graduates willingness to must begin with education aspects, in order to improve college students on the cultural and creative industries involvement in school curricula or by adding industry-university cooperation or internship programs for college students in order to enhance the value of the cultural and creative experience and increase employment aspirations; this study investigates the enhance the cultural and creative involvement and added value of strengthening employment experience willingness to study sample college graduates, sampling the range of Taipei and new Taipei, using convenience sampling. Based on findings suggest that colleges and universities to re-design courses into the curriculum content and the cultural and creative students in order to enhance the involvement of cultural creativity and enhance the cultural and creative industries graduates in the employment.
