    Title: 可作為有機光伏打電池的BODIPY光敏染料

    Abstract: 本論文合成出一系列以2,6-diacetyl-4,4-difluoro-1,3,5,7,8-pentamethyl-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene (A-BODIPY-A)為核心結構的化合物。這些具對稱性的化合物是以A-BODIPY-A為電子受體(acceptor),於兩端連接不同的共軛架橋(spacer)後再接上acceptor,形成具對稱性的A—S—A—S—A結構,使整體材料共軛鏈變長,進而使其吸光波長紅位移。這些分子在可見光有很不錯的吸收,吸收範圍可延伸至650 nm。但由於末端的acceptor (dicyanovinyl) 將導致化合物較低的HOMO/LUMO能階,幾乎與n-type材料PCBM (phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester)相同,且降低其溶解度,難以作成有機光伏打電池元件p-type材料。我們將BTCN的兩端dicyanovinyl去除,改良成為BT。BT的溶解度有明顯的提升,HOMO/LUMO能階亦提升至-5.75/-3.69 eV,雖然化合物BT的共面性並不太好,但作為BHJ形式的有機光伏打電池之p-type材料可有不錯的光電轉換效率,在AM 1.5的光照下,active layerc混合比例為BT: PC70BM (1:1.6) 厚度40 nm的條件下,有最好的效率 1.68%,開環電壓VOC = 0.897 V,短路電流JSC = 5.66 mA/cm2。
