    Title: 舞蹈治療介入對精神分裂症患者身心影響之研究

    Abstract: 精神分裂症是指心智功能的損害,因缺乏自我認知,而時常處在混淆的狀態,藥物副作用所導致的僵直現象,使身體動作能力受到影響。藉著舞蹈治療「舞蹈-動作治療」的潛移默化,來改變心理結構,幫助病人增進動作能力及重新定義自我。本研究以龍潭某私立長期照護中心22名精神分裂症患者為研究對象,施以12週舞蹈治療課程,並且以簡短精神量表、動作能力評定表、巴氏量表和柯氏量表,於治療前、後進行評定。經量表分析,其結果有助於改善患者的精神症狀,對於動作能力也有所提升。因此,希望本研究結果能對後續相關單位推廣本土化改善精神分裂症生活障礙有所助益。
    Schizophrenia implies an injury of mental functionality. Patients with this symptom usually remain in a status of confusion, due to they are lacking of self identity. And the phenomenon of stiffness caused by the drugs side effect would also affect their abilities of body movement.
    Through dance therapy, the imperceptibly “Dance-movement treatment”, could change their mental structures, and help the patients to improve their body movements and rebuild their self identities.
    This research is a study of 22 Schizophrenia patients from a private long-term irradiation protection center at Longtang, Taiwan. By introducing a 12 weeks dance treatment program to these patients, and applying “Brief Psychiatric Scale”, “Action inspection table”, “The Barthel and Kolmogorov Scales” to evaluate the patients before and after the treatment.
    By scale analysis, the results are helpful to improve the patient's mental symptoms, as well as to their movement ability. Therefore, the result of this research is hopefully to achieve its contribution by assist relevant organizations to improve the symptoms of all Schizophrenia patients as a reference in the near future.
