    題名: 台北市全年度氣候因子影響熱島效應分佈特性之研究

    摘要: 台北市都會區持續擴張伴隨著都市化而來的廢熱排放、水泥化與綠覆率減少等現象導致產生熱島效應。都市熱島效應不但具有明顯的空間特性也具有時間變化特徵;不同地區熱島現象程度不同,一天中不同時間的熱島現象也有所差異。
    為探討台北市全年度都市熱島在不同的空間與時間的變化特徵。本研究利用固定氣象站測度法,以台北市國中小學全年度氣象站資料為基礎,另以中央氣象局淡水測站視為郊區無熱島現象的基準值,針對進行於2009年全年度逐時逐日氣候資料紀錄,作為本研究的基礎資料。並以台北市里界圖區為尺度分析不同區域及都市型態下的都市熱島特徵。
      研究顯示在2009年全年度皆出現都市熱島效應(UHI),平均而言,UHI在1.9℃左右,範圍在0.2℃至2.8℃。年平均最低溫下UHI為3.5至6.2℃,平均為5.4℃;年平均最高溫下UHI為-7.2至-4.7℃,平均為-5.8℃。台北市熱島中心區域,春分為北區在士林、松山;南區則是中正、萬華一帶以及東區的內湖及南港科技園區;夏至在士林、松山及內湖一帶;秋分在士林、松山、中正、萬華及內湖一帶;冬至則是萬華、中正、信義及內湖區一帶。熱島效應強度明顯的季節為春季與冬季;秋季有部分時間有冷島效應產生。
      透過SPSS統計軟體進行複迴歸分析結果顯示在熱島強度變動下,其他氣象因子影響程度會隨之而變動,影響熱島效應相關因子的關聯性個別顯現了出來,討論以多變量複迴歸分析來將其各種不同因子在彼此相互影響的作用下探討出各個因子對於產生熱島效應之影響幅度的多寡。
    Taipei metropolitan area continues to expand, urbanization from the waste heat emissions, cement and green cover to reduce heat island effect phenomenon. The urban heat island effect has obvious spatial characteristics and time-varying characteristics; difference in different geographical areas and time of the heat island phenomenon.
    Explore the full year, Taipei urban heat island in a different space and time variation characteristics. Fixed Station to Taipei junior high and elementary school weather station data as the suburbs without heat island phenomenon, and the other to the Central Weather Bureau freshwater station reference value for 2009 full-year climate data as the basis of this study. Scale of the urban heat island characteristics of the different regions of the city where boundary maps.
     Studies have shown that both the full year in 2009 appeared urban heat island effect (UHI), an average of about UHI is 1.9 ℃, 0.2 ℃ in the range from 2.8 ℃. The average minimum temperature under UHI 3.5 to 6.2 ℃, an average of 5.4 ℃; annual average maximum temperature under UHI is -7.2 to -4.7 ℃, an average of -5.8 ℃. Taipei heat island areas, spring into the North's Shihlin District, Songshan; Southern District is Zhongzheng District, Wanhua District area as well as Eastern and Neihu, Nangang District; summer solstice in Shihlin District, Songshan and Neihu area; autumnal equinox in the Shihlin District, Songshan District, Zhongzheng District, Wanhua District and Neihu area; winter solstice is the Wanhua District, Zhongzheng District, Xinyi District and Neihu area. Heat island intensity was for the spring and winter seasons; fall some time to produce a cold island effect.
    SPSS statistical software through multiple regression analysis showed that changes in the heat island intensity under the influence of meteorological factors other consequential changes will affect the heat island effect related to the relevance of individual factors emerged, discussions with multivariate regression analysis to be in a variety of different factors influence each other under the effect of various factors to investigate the impact of the magnitude of the heat island effect generated amount.
