宋江陣源自中國民俗技藝,傳入臺灣,從早期農耕工具,以武器保衛家園轉變成至今陣廟會表演型態,少了軍事用途轉為具教育、娛樂及文化傳承創新意義。透過全國大專院校創意宋江陣大賽的舉辦,讓大學生以創意的方式認識文化藝陣。參與藝陣活動過程能讓團隊成員認同與凝聚信念,激勵團隊共同完成表演及目標。因應守護藝陣族群維護民俗藝陣,將文化資產延續傳承,結合地方觀光活動,政府推廣在地文化活動擴大延伸至大專院校社團,學生隊伍亦加入藝陣行列,參與節慶文化活動並兼具參與社團、社交功能、增加體能等好處,本研究旨在探討大學生參與宋江陣社團涉入程度、認同感與團體凝聚力之關係與影響。
本研究採問卷調查,立意抽樣選取曾經參加過創意宋江陣之大學生為研究對象,總發放問卷共250份,有效問卷237份,有效問卷率94%。研究資料中參與宋江陣學生多數為大一,男性與女性比例並無差異,以自願加入者與不曾離隊者為主。結果顯示大學生對宋江陣文化涉入程度、認同感高,並在參與過程中建立高度的團體凝聚力。研究結果並指出涉入程度、認同感與團體凝聚力呈高度正相關,迴歸分析並進一步顯示涉入程度與認同感會影響團體凝聚力。
透過政府及相關單位舉辦藝陣嘉年華等文化活動讓在地學生能藉由參與社團投入傳統藝陣文化,提高涉入程度及認同感,建立團體凝聚力,可推廣及發展台灣的傳統藝陣文化至多元層面。
Sung-Jiang battle array is a traditional folk art, which originated from China and is introduced to Taiwan. In the beginning it was a form of military drill adopted to practice defense against bandits. As it evolved to modern times, it became a form of martial art practice and a performance shown during temple or religious fairs. Rather than military purpose, these battle arrays are more oriented towards education, culture heritage protection, and entertainment. Annual National Collegiate Contest of Creative Sung-Jiang Battle Array attracts an increasing number of students who get to participate and appreciate Taiwan traditional folk art through creative way. This study aimed to investigate involvement level, culture identity and group cohesion of college students who participate in Sung-Jiang battle array club.
This study applied purposive sampling method to survey college students who have participated in National Collegiate Contest of Creative Sung-Jiang Battle Array. A total of 250 participants were surveyed, and 237 of them were effective in analysis (94%). Demographic backgrounds show that most participants were freshmen, male and female were equal, and most were voluntary to participate. Results of this study indicated scores of involvement level, sense of culture identity and group cohesion are high; in addition, these factors are positively correlated. Furthermore, participants’ involvement level and sense of culture identity are positively influence group cohesion.
Based on these findings, suggestions to school fair administrators to promote traditional folk art to youth and students by extracurricular activities. Suggestions to local government and related domestic organization hold events combining folk arts and tourism. These can help promote Taiwan traditional folk arts for popularity.
