摘要:	目前因都市蔓延現象，在現今各國大部分都市皆有發生，都市蔓延不僅造成社會、環境之負擔，更對永續發展概念造成衝擊，在現今全球之潮流下，緊密發展被視為永續發展之空間發展型態，目前台灣在某程度來看，已算是緊密發展，但理論與發展模式並非各國皆是通用適合的，太過於緊密發展，亦會造成許多層面負影響，而居民才是這環境的主人，不應該只單單就環境面、理論面來看，應該以居民角度來看都市蔓延與緊密發展不同空間發展型態下，居民所感受之生活品質，因此，引發本研究進一步探討居民實際感受，本研究是以居住在此居民之感受來衡量，但是單就居民之感受來看，又略抽象，本研究轉以生活品質指標，來衡量居民對於空間發展型態趨向緊密發展與蔓延發展型態之感受，得知居住者看法，可供未來政府規劃與後續研究參考。因此，本研究透過文獻回顧彙整指標內容，並經由問卷分析(敘述性統計分析與結構方程模式分析(SEM))，對於空間發展型態不同是否會對居民生活品質感受產生影響進行研究，並實證本研究概念。本研究經過分析後得到以下結果：1.本研究概念一：居民對生活品質的感受會因不同社經背景而有差異，本研究可由結果推測得知，在淡水區居民是會因不同社經背景，而對生活品質感受有所差異的，但只侷限在本研究所分類社經背景之年齡、教育程度、職業、家庭總年收入、居住時間不同下之居民，對於生活品質感受是有差異的；2.本研究亦可以得知不同空間發展型態下，居民對生活品質感受是會有所影響且不同的，可以得證本研究概念二：空間發展型態不同會對居民生活品質感受產生影響。 Most of countries occurred sprawl at present. The sprawl not only burdened society and environment but also impacted the sustainable development. The compact development is considered closely spatial pattern of sustainable development. Taiwan has been viewed the compact development in some light, but the theory and development model were not suitable for any countries. It caused many bad effects of too compact development. The residents are the owner of environment. We should not only view of environment and theory. We should in resident point of view feel the quality of life in spatial patterns of sprawl and compact development. Therefore, the phenomenon lead me to study of resident feeling. I research the experience of life in residents. But only study the reception of resident is abstract. I use index of quality of life to measure the experience of living in sprawl and compact trend in development, and can know opinion of residents. The research can offer the government planning and follow-up research in the future. I order the indexes by literature, and analysis of questionnaire(descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM)),for study whether the different spatial development patterns impact on quality of life for residents. And evidence concept of research. After analysis of research the following results:1.the first of concept of research: the different socioeconomic status cause difference to the quality of life of feeling of residents. The results of research can guess the different socioeconomic status cause difference to the quality of life of feeling of Tamsui District residents, but the different of quality of life only socioeconomic status of age, education, occupation, total annual income of family, residence time. The results of research can know the different of spatial patterns of development impact on quality of life of experience of residents, and evidence the second of concept of research.
