    摘要: 近年來都市成長快速,加上工業發達,空氣汙染與溫室氣體排放日益嚴重,所以全球環境變遷與永續發展等議題受到普遍之重視;其中,造成全球暖化之溫室氣體更是受到關切。溫室氣體之成分包括:二氧化碳(CO2)、甲烷(CH4)、氧化亞氮(N2O)、氫氟碳化物(HFC)、全氟化碳(PFC)和六氟化硫(SF6)等,其中以二氧化碳所占比例最高(IPCC,2006),並最為都市發展規劃領域所重視,且都市公園綠地碳貯存效果是都市生態系統中重要功能之一。植物在行光合與呼吸作用時可吸收二氧化碳並能將其部分被轉換成氧氣,並再被生物吸收,故透過植物二氧化碳之吸存可減少大氣中二氧化碳濃度,進而發揮降低溫室效應。因此,本研究以公園綠地之碳貯存為研究主題,分析都市之碳貯存量。

    本研究以台北為空間研究範圍,於台北地區都市公園綠地內設置地面調查樣區,並搭配2007年國土測繪圖資進行台北市抽樣樣區之地面調查,運用SPOT-4衛星影像2011年圖資萃取NDVI值,並求出最佳迴歸模式,推估台北地區都市公園綠地材積;對地面調查與衛星影像所算推估之各材積蓄積量比較及其間之差異率為16.56%,知衛星影像推估與地面樣區推估材積達八成,故在運用此迴歸模式推估台北市碳貯存量。
    In recent years, urban growth faster, and industrial development、air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions are growing, so the global environmental change and sustainable development issues etc. has been gradually emphasized. In this area the greenhouse gases for global warming was more be concerned. The composition of greenhouse gases, including: CO2、CH4、N2O、CFCs etc., and the carbon dioxide has the highest proportion in the air (IPCC, 2006), and it is emphasized by urban development plan’s area.

    It is one of the important functions that carbon dioxide can be absorbed and converted to oxygen by plant, and be re-uptaked by organism in Urban ecosystem and then carbon dioxide can be reduced by the absorption and to decrease the greenhouse effect. Therefore, this study is focus on the carbon sequestration and to analyze the carbon storage of urban forest and green space.

    The spatial range of this study in Taipei, it set the zone in study area, and using the ground survey of carbon storage of urban forest in Taipei with the map data, and then using the SPOT-4 satellite images and existing literature that factor has been established in 2007.To calculate the NDVI of urban forest in Taipei; further to compute the best regression to estimate the timber storage of urban forest in Taipei. To compare the investigation on the ground with satellite images and then the differences in the rate is 16.56%, The results of the study will help understand that satellite images can estimate the carbon storage about 80% of the investigation on the ground, so the regression can be use to estimate the timber storage of urban forest in Taipei.

    This study have estimated the timber storage of urban forest in Taipei. The total of the carbon storage of urban forest in Taipei is every hectare 31,480.41(ton), the average of carbon storage is 168.74(ton/ha), and shows the map of carbon storage distribution, it can be used to urban planning in Taipei.
