    题名: 臺北市國小學生參加課外社團活動需求與滿意度之研究
    A Study of Participation in Extracurricular Activities on the Demand and Satisfaction of the Elementary School Studentsin Taipei City

    摘要: 本研究旨在探討臺北市國小學生參加國小課外社團活動其需求與滿意度之現況,並瞭解不同個人背景因素之國小學生分別在「需求」與「滿意度」各層面之差異情形與相關性。本研究採「問卷調查法」進行資料蒐集,並以立意抽樣方式選取八所國小進行問卷調查,共發出270份,有效問卷242份,有效問卷率89.6%。以SPSS 20.0統計套裝軟體進行結果分析,分別為描述性分析、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後比較、獨立樣本t檢定及皮爾遜積差相關等方式,並進行需求與滿意度之IPA分析。研究結果歸納如下:
    一、研究樣本基本資料分布之現況:
    1. 在性別方面,發現男生的人數最多。
    2. 在年級方面,發現高年級的人數最多。
    3. 在父親工作狀況方面,發現父親有工作的人數最多。
    4. 在母親工作狀況方面,發現母親有工作的人數最多。
    5. 在手足人數方面,發現手足人數0~1人的人數最多。
    6. 在家庭型態方面,發現家庭型態為小家庭的人數最多。
    二、臺北市國小學生參加課外社團活動其「需求」與「滿意度」之差異情形:
    1. 國小學生會因性別不同,在需求與滿意度均達到.001顯著之差異。
    2. 國小學生僅會因年級不同,在需求之環境變項達到.05顯著之差異,其餘變項及「滿意度」方面並未達到顯著差異。
    3. 國小學生不會因父母有無工作、有無手足、不同的家庭型態,而對需求與滿意度有顯著之差異。
    三、臺北市國小學生參加課外社團活動其「需求」與「滿意度」之相關情形:
    依據統計結果顯示,達.01~.001顯著相關,亦即國小學生對參加課外社團活動之符合需求程度愈高,其滿意度愈高。
    四、本研究經「需求」與「滿意度」之IPA分析後的結果如下:
    1. 優勢保持區:燈光明亮、教學方式、教室整潔、飲水機充足、教學環境、上課時間。
    2. 過度重視區:課程類型。
    3. 次要改善區:教具充足、設備先進、收費方式、廁所乾淨。
    4. 優先改善區:無任何構面落於此區中,表示參加社團活動之學生對國小課外社團之辦理大致上是滿意的。
    根據以上統計分析結果提出建議,以供教育主管單位及學校做為日後辦理之參考。

    he study aims to explore the demand and satisfaction status quo of pupils in Taipei who participation in extracurricular activities and understand their discrepancy and correlation of different personal backgrounds in “demand” and “satisfaction”. Data collection is via the “questionnaire method” and 8 primary schools are selected with purposive sampling to conduct a survey. Total of 270 questionnaires. 242 valid questionnaires were collected to yield a 89.6% of valid retrieval rate. Descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s posteriori comparison, independent sample t test, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation are made with SPSS 20.0 and IPA analysis of demand and satisfaction is made in the study. The research results are as follows:

    First. The fundamental data distribution status quo of research sample:

    1. Number of boys is the most in gender.
    2. Number of pupils in upper class is the most in grade.
    3. Number of fathers who have a job is the most in work condition of father.
    4. Number of mothers who have a job is the most in work condition of mother.
    5. Number of pupils who have brother or sister is the most in 0-1 brother or sister.
    6. Number of nuclear families is the most in family pattern.

    Second. “Demand” and “satisfaction” discrepancy of pupils in Taipei who have a hand in curricular activities:

    1. Demand and satisfaction of pupils are significant at P-value = .001 for gender.
    2. Demand environmental variable of pupils are significant at P-value = 0.05 for grade and the remaining variable and “satisfaction” are not significant.
    3. Demand and satisfaction of pupils are not significantly different for whether their parents have a job and whether they have a brother and different family patterns.

    Third. “Demand” and “satisfaction” correlation of pupils in Taipei who have a hand in curricular activities:

    The statistic result indicates that the correlation is significant at P-value = .01-.001; namely, satisfaction increases as higher is the extent to which the pupils who have a hand in extracurricular activities meet demand.

    Forth. The results after IPA analysis of “demand” and “satisfaction” are as follows:

    1. Zone of keeping an advantage: bright light, teaching style, clean classroom, sufficient drinking fountain, teaching environment and session.
    2. Zone of attaching too much importance: class pattern.
    3. Zone of sub-improvement: sufficient teaching aids, advanced equipment, method of charges and clean toilet.
    4. Zone of prior improvement: No dimension is herein, indicating that pupils who have a hand in activities are generally satisfied with primary school extracurricular associations.

    We suggest based on the above statistical analysis, for education authorities and schools as a reference for future conduct.
