摘要:	本研究主要深入探究社工人員於災難發生，參與救災任務真實經驗與生命歷程的轉變，作為主要的研究目標，使用質性深度訪談收集資料，再採用敘說的分析方式，歸納出社會工作者在救災的過程中的定位、任務、成效及社工人員對於壓力的調適，強調以社會工作者的角度出發，探究社會工作在災變中的作用與相關實務方式，針對台灣在災變發生時，社會工作者可能遇到的問題與困境，還有受災民眾對於社工的期待和社工自己對本身的使命感，另一方面從風險事故的概念做危機控管，將危機處理的概念帶入災變社會工作的領域做結合，期盼在未來的危機的控管可以有更好的方式與流程，可以掌握在災變中救援的時效性，更快速的幫助需要的人，危機應變與管理能力的可能考驗的不只是社會工作者，更可能成為跨境與區域之間的安全議題。經由質性的訪談，深入的闡述，利用敘說分析進行資料的歸納與文本詮釋，連結災變對於社會工作的相關性，做為重要參考依據並提供建議關鍵字:1.災變社會工作 2.危機管理 3.敘說研究 This research is majored in social worker rescuing in disaster and the transformation of their life experience. As the purpose of this study, it’s necessary to find out the position of social workers in the disaster rescuing process from qualitative narrative research interview data and exploring the social work and practical work efficiency when disaster happened. When the disaster happened, social worker might be frustrated and facing some serious situation which Include expectancy of the victims and social worker’s responsibility. In addition, risk management is very important. The combination of social work and risk management will be stronger via integrating documents and resources which can build a better S.O.P. to helping people in an easier way. Dealing with difficult situations and risk management is the biggest issue between social workers and victims. Through the qualitative interviews, description and the use of Hermeneutics, we can create the connection between disaster and social work. Also our goal is making a reference in those materials.
