    Abstract: 本研究主要探討企業與軟體業者之間之關係,目的建構一個互相合作創新關係的架構,透過瞭解社會資本與組織創新成效之間之關係,社會資本與資源交換與結合之關係,進而分析社會資本、資源交換與結合和組織創新之中介關係。
    本研究的受訪者是以曾經接受資訊軟體業者服務的企業為主並先行與本人現有客戶進行溝通後邀請填寫問卷,透過電子郵件寄出之邀請,在網路上填寫完成問卷後回收,回收有效問卷合計112份。
    結果本研究結果發現,社會資本與組織創新成效呈現正相關;社會資本與管理創新成效呈現正相關;社會資本和資源交換與結合呈現正相關;社會資本與資源交換與結合之中介關係呈現正相關;社會資本會透過資源交換與結合是正向影響到管理創新。
    Relationship between the enterprise and software industry in this study, the main purpose of constructing an innovation framework for mutual cooperation, through understanding of the relationship between social capital and organizational innovation effectiveness, relationship between social capital and resource exchange and combination and analysis of social capital and organizational innovation in conjunction with Exchange of resources and the effectiveness of the agency relationship.
    Are respondents in this study were to have received the enterprise services information software industry, communicate with my existing customers first and says that it has invited to help fill out the questionnaire, sent out via e-mail invitations in the network after you have completed the questionnaire on recycling, recovery of total effective questionnaires 112. Results of this study found that social capital and organizational innovation and effectiveness are related; related to social capital and the exchange of resources and render; relationship between social capital and resource exchange with intermediary, resource exchange and combination of social capital and organizational innovation efficiency of intermediary effects render negative correlation.
