Abstract:	韓國在經濟起飛後，國民的生活品質愈來愈高，開始有能力做高消費的文化行為，文創產業得以蓬勃發展，而其中一支係為「音樂劇產業」。韓國的音樂劇的發展主要分為兩大類，分別係授權音樂劇以及原創音樂劇（亦稱創作音樂劇）。本論文旨在探討韓國的音樂劇產業，並往外延伸，從原創音樂劇「洗衣」來探視韓國的社會問題。主要論文架構分為兩大部分，第一部分係由數據來看韓國的音樂劇產業規模，以及與音樂劇相關的產業發展；第二部分則做進一步延伸，從「洗衣（빨래）」一劇中出現的社會背景，來探究劇中突顯的韓國社會問題，並就反映的社會問題來做分析和實例檢證。透過本論文研究結果得知，可以得知韓國音樂劇產業的發展規模會繼續擴張，透過促成產業發展的製作公司、劇作、演出場地、演員和閱聽人，音樂劇產業只會愈來愈繁榮，而當作品完成度高時，就會有被買走授權的機會，「洗衣」即是如此。通過「洗衣」，可以看見愛情故事背後，韓國社會所存在的問題：非法資遣與移住勞工。本論文之研究結果期望能對韓國音樂劇產業感興趣或想進一步了解韓國音樂劇產業的讀者，希冀能有一絲助益。此外，亦對韓國的非法資遣、移住勞工問題有進一步的了解。 Due to Korea's economy has taken off, the quality of life has been enhanced. People were able to afford much more on doing cultural behaviors which helped the creative industries developed; one of them is “the musical theater industry”. Korean musical includes two parts：the Licensing Musical and the Creative Musical. The objective of this thesis is doing research on the musical theatre industry in Korea, and furthermore, analyzing through Musical “The Laundry” to find Korean social problems and talk about it. The primary frame of this thesis comprising two parts: in part one, we are going to explore the musical theatre industry in Korea in-cluding its scale and development by analyzing the data; in part two, we will look through the Musical, “The Laundry” to find the social problems in Korea, analyze the questions and get examples to prove the study. Through this study, the musical theatre industry will getting expanded increasingly since the production companies, products, theaters and audience are getting more and more. A well-development musical would get a chance to become a licensing musical sold to the other countries. One of the example is Musical “The Laundry”. Through Musical “The Laundry”, we can realize Korean social questions behind the love story : the illegal dismissal and foreign workers. The research of this study would share the findings of the musical theatre industries in Korea, with a hope that the information would be of help.
