    题名: 建築資訊模型（BIM）軟體Autodesk Revit Architecture使用調查—以宗陞數位有限公司為例
    The Survey of Usage for Autodesk Revit Architecture Software of BIM—JuneSun Digicom Co., Ltd. as a Case Study

    摘要: 近年來，由於建築資訊模型（Building Information Modeling，簡稱BIM）技術的發展，使得專門為建築業所設計的3D電腦繪圖軟體設計工具更趨成熟，加上全球化競爭的壓力越來越大，也開始面臨越來越多跨國團隊的競爭與挑戰，且有鑑於3D電腦輔助建築工程設計之能力，很快地將成為基本的國際競爭門檻。因此，為了瞭解以建築資訊模型（BIM）為概念基礎，使用3D電腦繪圖軟體Autodesk Revit Architecture為設計工具的現況，本探討以宗陞數位有限公司之使用者為探討對象，來瞭解使用者由手繪圖到電腦繪圖的演進過程中，使用Autodesk Revit Architecture軟體的困境、問題與議題，並進一步透過專家訪談，提出課題與因應對策，最後提供結論與建議，以供台灣未來在發展使用建築資訊模型（BIM）軟體Autodesk Revit Architecture時參考。
    本探討共分為五章十九節，摘述如下：
    第一章 主要在起證與舉證，確立探討緣起、動機與目的、範圍與內容、步驟、方法與流程、關鍵詞界定，以利探討進行。
    第二章 發掘困境並提出有關建築資訊模型（BIM）軟體Autodesk Revit Architecture之演變、特色與功能；建築資訊模型（BIM）軟體使用資料運用；建築資訊模型（BIM）軟體之相關文獻討論架構之論證，以建立本探討理論架構。
    第三章 本探討以宗陞數位有限公司為例，進行建築資訊模型（BIM）軟體Autodesk Revit Architecture現況問卷調查與專家訪談調查實證。
    第四章 將調查結果驗證，進而提出建築資訊模型（BIM）軟體Autodesk Revit Architecture使用上之問題、議題、課題與因應對策。
    第五章 對於目前建築資訊模型（BIM）軟體Autodesk Revit Architecture使用上所衍生之課題與因應對策，提供結論與建議，以及後續探討，供日後使用者之見證。
    Recently, the development of technique about Building Information Modeling (Briefly called BIM) makes more and more mature in design tools of 3D computer drawing software designed for building trade. In addition, the globally competitive pressure is more and more enormous and also starting facing more and more international team’s competition and challenge. Because of the ability about building design of 3D computer assistance will become basic threshold in international competition. For this reason, this research according to JuneSun Digicom Co., Ltd. as object for understanding as BIM to be a conceptual basic and using the situation of Autodesk Revit Architecture. To understand evolutional processes of hand-draft to computer-draft that users use Autodesk Revit Architecture’s difficult positions, problems and issues. And further by expert’s interview to bring up topics and strategies. Finally bring up conclusions and suggestions and make reference that in the future Taiwan will develop BIM software Autodesk Revit Architecture.
    The research divided into five chapters and nineteen parts. It’s below as:
    Chapter one: to mainly sure the probe about origin, cause, purpose, range, context, procedure, method, noun definition, process.
    Chapter two: to discover difficult positions, to offer to the evolution, characteristic, function of Autodesk Revit Architecture and about the using data application of BIM software, to discuss to relate to datum of BIM software. All of them are established as structure of probe.
    Chapter three: the probe is as JuneSun Digicom Co., Ltd. for a case study. Use
    questionnaire and interview to survey the software of BIM.
    Chapter four: to verify results and offer to questions, issues, topics and strategies of
    using the software of BIM.
    Chapter five: to offer to conclusions and suggestions as references for user from
    now on.
