本研究主要探討幼托整合後,一百零二學年度至一百零六學年度幼兒園基礎評鑑指標。針對設立與營運、總務與財務管理、教保活動課程、人事管理、餐飲與衛生管理、安全管理等類別進行評鑑。
本研究對於幼兒園基礎評鑑指標內容探討,藉由幼托整合後幼兒園遵循一致性之評鑑準則,以提升幼教專業教育之品質,擬探討幼兒園基礎評鑑與專業提升之績效,其具體研究目的有三:
一、探討基礎評鑑對專業提升之影響。
二、經由行動研究過程,希望能夠提升幼兒園在評鑑實務中,發掘問題與解決問題的能力,並提升相關幼教品質。
三、評估「基礎評鑑」檢核內涵與有效評量方式,提供幼教機構未來教育規劃與設立之參考。
本研究採質性研究法,聘請專家學者,進入園所實地現場訪視,經由多次不斷檢討、修正歷程。基礎評鑑對教育機構是最基本的檢核,也是提高教育者對教育的重視,政府透過基礎評鑑指標的執行給予幼兒最完善安全的學習環境,提高了國人對教育的品質與重視。
The present study is to investigate the indicators of primary assessment of integrated preschools from kindergartens and nursery schools for academic year 2013 – 2017. The primary assessment focuses on a preschool’s establishment and operation, general and financial management, curriculum and activities, personnel management, catering and health management, and safety management.
This study aims to improve the quality of early childhood education by looking into the indicators of a preschool’s primary assessment. The indicators of a preschool’s primary assessment are the standards for assessing all integrated preschools. The preschool’s primary assessment and performance of professional development are also discussed. Three purposes of this study are listed as follows:
1. To investigate the influence of primary assessment on professional development;
2. To use action research as an approach to improve a preschool’s problem-exploration and problem-solving skills and enhance the quality of early childhood education;
3. To evaluate the indicators of a preschool’s primary assessment and effective assessment methods and provide useful information for planning and setting up early childhood education programs.
This study used the qualitative research method, inviting experts and scholars to visit preschools and perform reviews and revisions. The primary assessment is a basic inspection of educational institutions and makes educators take education more seriously. By implementing the indicators of primary assessment, the government provides children the best and safest learning environment and makes people pay attention to the quality of education.
