研究方法方面,本研究將採問卷調查法,以新北市350家私立幼兒園之教職員為母體對象,使用立意抽樣方式發放研究問卷做為實證研究資料之來源;資料分析以「描述性統計」、「信度分析」、「T檢定」、「單因子變異數分析」、「Pearson積差相關」、「線性迴歸分析」等統計方法以驗證研究之假設。
本研究對象為幼兒園教職人員,本研究共發出350份研究問卷,回收304份,回收率為86.8 %,經檢核研究問卷後,扣除無效問卷共37份,最後有效問卷為267份,其有效問卷回收率76.2 %。在樣本結構方面,本研究收集有效問卷共計267份,經樣本資料分析結果,本研究之假設多獲成立。即幼兒園全面品質管理顯著與行政效能顯著相關且迴歸分析發現全面品質管理,各項度能有效地預測行政效能。本研究成果除在學術上盼能對幼兒園全面品質管理及行政效能間的關係獲得理解外,亦期望能提供幼兒園經營之實務參考
This research was conducted to achieve the following purposes:
1.Investigate the extent to which private preschool conforms to total quality management and the current condition of school effectiveness.
2.Analyze the differences in total quality management reflected
by personal staffs background variables and organizational background variables.
3.Understand the relationship between total quality management and school
administrative effectiveness.
Questionnaire survey was adopted as the primary research method, and the survey was based on stratified random sampling. Educational personnel at 350 private preschool in New Taipei City were targeted as subjects. Data collected were fed into computer to undergo such statistical methods as reliability analysis, factor analysis, mean, standard deviation, t-test, single-factor ANOVA,Pearson Product-Moment coefficient, and regression analysis.
A total of 267preschool teaching staffswas administeredthequestionnairs that we concerned. We found the TQMcorrelatedsignificantly with administrative efficiencies. Meanwhile,The total of TQM or the various dimentions can effectively predict the
administrative efficiencies.
Thesefindings have provided the understanding of the relationship of TQM and the administrative efficiencies in private preschool. The results of this study also provide for reference in practice.
