    摘要: 本實驗利用V2O5粉末當成水平爐管的蒸鍍源,成功合成出純的一維V2O5奈米線,接續使用原子層沉積技術(ALD)合成Pt/V2O5奈米線的核殼結構,前驅物我們採用(三甲基)甲基環戊二烯合鉑,設計了三個參數,50、100和150個循環。
    場發射掃描電子顯微鏡(FESEM)觀察到合成結果的是一維奈米棒結構,寬度範圍60~150 nm,長度大約數個微米。利用高解析穿透式電子顯微鏡(HRTEM)以及電子選區繞射(SAED)圖形確認其為五氧化二釩的單晶結構,並定義出晶面方向及成長方向為[110]。另外,更利用X光繞射儀、X光電子能譜術、拉曼光譜,對其結構與化學態做更進一步的分析。
    接下來透過光激發光譜分析,純的V2O5奈米線在550 nm為發光位置,Pt/V2O5奈米線核殼結構有額外的466 nm的訊號。
    In our experiment, pure V2O5 1-D nanowires have been synthesized by thermal evaporation. The nanostructures were successfully synthesized with horizontal tube furnace by using V2O5 powder. Next the core-shell Pt/V2O5 nanowires were by subsequent atomic layer deposition (ALD) of Pt. We were using (methylcyclopentadienyl)-trimethylplatinum (MeCpPtMe3) as precursor and designing three parameter 50, 100 and 150 ALD cycle.
    The morphology of 1-D nanostructures was analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). It is shown that nanostructures are nanowires with diameter range between 60 and 150 nm and with lengths extending up to several microns. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and selection area diffraction (SAD) patterns of V2O5 nanowires clearly show that they are single-crystalline with a growth direction of [110]. The structures and chemical state of element were characterized by means of x-ray diffraction (XRD), x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and micro-raman spectroscopy.
    The properties of core-shell Pt/V2O5 nanowires and pure V2O5 nanowires were analyzed by photoluminescence (PL). The pure V2O5 nanowires emanated 550 nm and core-shell Pt/V2O5 had extra 466 nm signals.
