Abstract:	本文研究架構為一個二元經濟體系，劃分為鄉村農業部門和都市製造部門，且鄉村農業部門為相對勞力密集，都市製造部門為相對資本密集。在H-T模型下，政府課徵環境污染稅會導致都市製造部門的失業以及勞動力人口回流的現象做一個動態分析。並證明這個勞動市場中兩部門勞動的動態調整過程是穩定的。
