摘要: | 本計畫以年際、年代與氣候變遷尺度觀點,透過「粗濕穩定度」(gross moist stability)與簡單耦合模式實驗探討熱帶太平洋地區之非線性耦合特性。大部分研究 中,鮮少去注意到,在不同海域中,海氣交互作用程度不同,而其交互作用程度與該地 區大氣穩定度有所關係。因此本計畫透過海氣耦合模式實驗,探討不同區域中海氣交互 作用程度變化,與其對低頻變化之氣候特徵(聖婴現象、太平洋年代震盪)之影響。以做 為未來海氣交互作用模式發展之考量基礎。 Modulation of non-homogenous air-sea feedback over the Tropic Pacific Abstract In this project, we use the gross moist stability (M) (Yu and Neelin, 1997; Yu et al., 1998) and simple hybrid coupled model to investigate the characteristics of non-homogenous air-sea interaction over the Tropical Pacific, with a focus on the interannual, interdecadal, and climate change time scales. There are few researches to discuss the difference of air-sea interaction over the different area. In our study, we found that the strength of air-sea interaction could be quite different in different area. To provide the foundation for the development of air-sea interaction model, we will discuss the changes of air-sea interaction in the different regions, and investigate how to influence the climatic characteristics of low-frequency variability. |
