摘要: | 職業災害的發生,通常源自不安全的行為,為避免人員處於不安全的環境因缺乏安全意識而做出不安全的行為,必須確定人員身處適當的工作區域,並管制相關人員進出工作場所。本研究針對一開發階段之人員定位系統進行驗證並進行應用探討,此系統利用無線射頻辨識技術(RFID)建構人員定位系統,透過RFID技術能夠快速查核人員身分與其所在位置。驗證重點為此系統是否能夠自動辨識人員身分。經由本研究驗證結果,顯示此定位系統可以正確判斷勞工所在位置,並將訊號傳回監控管理室,同時亦已設計一具備人事出缺勤管理、工廠門禁、資料統計與報表等功能之管理軟體,可提升工作場所人員管制的效能以及建立自動化資訊管理系統,有效進行人員出入管制,以降低職業災害的發生,進而達成安全管理之目的。預期本系統之應用不僅可用於侷限空間作業場所、營建工程作業場所,亦可於各種廠場或辦公大樓進行人員進出管制。
The occupational accidents usually occur from the unsafe behaviors. In order to avoid personnel who lack of safety consciousness behaving unsafely in such an unsafe environment, the appropriate working areas where the personnel stay must be confirmed, and the access of this place must be controlled.
This study is mainly on the validation of personnel positioning system at the stage of development and makes further application discussions. This system employs the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, which is able to check immediately what the identification of personnel is and where he or her is. The empirical results on this study show that the system is able to recognize the positions accurately where the personnel are and return the signals to the management room. Moreover, it has included the management software equipped with the functions such as the management of personnel attendance, factory access control, data statistics, and statements. By the means of these functions, they are able to enhance the effectiveness of personnel control in a workplace and build automated information management system so as to reduce the occurrence of occupational accidents and achieve the purpose of safety management. This system is applied expectedly not only to the confined space, construction sites, but also to the personnel access control of various factories or office buildings. |
