    摘要: 本研究旨在探討休閒參與對工作壓力、適應性績效之影響--以憲兵志願役人員為例。
    首先以量化研究為主,採調查法中的問卷方式進行調查,共發出600份問卷,回收有效問卷553份,有效回收率為92.17%。所得資料經由SPSS(v19.0)統計軟體分析結果顯示,在憲兵志願役人員的背景下,休閒參與對工作壓力、適應性績效是有顯著的影響。
    因此,憲兵志願役人員因長期在任務複雜、勤務多元化的特殊環境下,所承受的工作壓力甚大,深怕會嚴重影響部隊的紀律與戰力,建議可將營區休閒化,建設網咖等多媒體資訊設備設施,並定期舉辦休閒競賽、家屬聯繫、懇親等多樣化休閒參與活動,提供官兵能有良好的休閒參與習慣,養成能適時的參與休閒活動,適度的減輕工作壓力,以有效提升適應性績效。
    此外,在各項變數之間,工作壓力與休閒參與的頻率暨期望需求呈正向關係、工作壓力與適應性績效呈負向關係、休閒參與的頻率暨期望需求與適應性績效呈正向關係,且經迴歸分析驗證結果得知,休閒參與對工作壓力、適應性績效具有中介的效果,所以三項變數之間有顯著的因果關係,因此證實休閒參與對工作壓力、適應性績效是有顯著的影響。希冀本研究結果可供國防部各上級長官參考了解,以做為日後部隊管理與壓力紓解之參考。

    The main purpose of this dissertation research is to investigate the impact of leisure participation, towards job stress and the performance of work adaptability, by focusing on military police volunteers as primary consideration.
    First of all, this dissertation is based on quantitative research by using question-naire approach. During the research, questionnaires were conducted by 600 respondents, only 553 usable questionnaires were collected and analysed. This represents of 92.17% of response rate. The collected data was analysed by using SPSS(v19.0), the result in-dicates a significant impact between the leisure participation on working pressure and work adaptability in the context of military police volunteers.
    Moreover, regarding the complexity of task and the diversity of duty in a long-term condition, job stress would relatively increase. Withstand of such great job stress might seriously affect the military discipline and combat power. There are several suggestions and recommendations which would relatively improve the job stress, as well as effec-tively improves the job adaptability. Creating a leisure environment in the camp would be the first step, such as building a cyber café through adopting multimedia equipment and facilities; organise leisure contests and campaigns regularly; lastly, planning family contact connection and reunion activities.
    The main purpose of these activities is to provide and develop better leisure activi-ties participation and social habits for the volunteers.
    In addition, in the result of the variables indicates a significant correlation between job stress and leisure participation, and also between leisure participation and work adaptability. However, job stress and work adaptability were indicated as de-correlated. The result of the regression analysis shows a mediating effect between leisure participa-tion, job stress and the performance of work adaptability; which means there is a re-markable relationship between three variables.
    Overall, this research has proved and verified that leisure participation would sig-nificantly impact on the rate of job stress and the performance of work adaptability.
    The author is expecting the result of this study would provide a supportive refer-ence for superiors and executives in the Ministry of National Defence R.O.C, in the topics of stress relieving and force management, in the future.
