摘要: | 本研究為對針織布在織造條件上作變化,再經各段的製程加工,完成複合織物的製造,經實驗觀察其複合織物的含水與機械性能之影響。利用丹尼數、絲數與針數上的變化,使複合織物在吸收水量上產生差異。
首先改變丹尼數部分,使用20丹尼、30丹尼、35丹尼、45丹尼、60丹尼與70丹尼。依實驗結果顯示,20丹尼有最低的含水量與最佳的伸長率,但在破裂強度上卻是最差的。45丹尼至70丹尼其含水量則呈現下降的趨勢。
於不同針數條件下,24針、28針與36針的實驗比較中,36針具有最低的含水量與最佳的破裂強度。在伸長率部份,36針與28針有相同的伸長率,而24針的伸長率為最差。
於不同絲數條件下,50丹尼36絲、50丹尼48絲與50丹尼72絲的實驗比較中,50丹尼36絲有最低的含水量與最佳的伸長率,但在破裂強度上是最差的。
The research is to change different conditions on the knitting fabric, and accomplish composite fabrics through various processes. Then, to study the effects on water content and machine properties of the composite fabric. In a word, it shows differences on water content of composite fabric by changing of Denier, Filament and Gauge of needle cylinder.
Firstly, denier changing. Denier changing includes 20D, 30D, 35D, 45D, 60D and 70D. The results show that when 20D has the best water content and elongation, but fracture strength is the worst. And water content at 45D to 70D is showed trending down.
Secondly, gauge of needle cylinder changing. Gauge of needle cylinder testing includes 24, 28 and 36 Gauge. The results show that when 36 Gauge has the best water content and fracture strength. In the elongation, there have same elongation in 28 and 36 Gauge, but 24 Gauge has the worst elongation.
And finally, filament changing. Filament Testing includes 50D/36F, 50D/48F and 50D/72F. The results show that when 50D/36F has the best water content and elongation, but fracture strength is the worst. |
