Government knowledge management and archives information services are goals of the National Archives Information Systems. With increasing levels of information, there is a growing interest on how to properly manage these resources. Understanding usage patterns and needs of users provide insight for development to better meet demand. Evaluations of information systems examine both system-oriented and user-oriented aspects based on efficient design and end-goals of the organization.
This study aims to assist the National Archives Information System in exploring methods to establish an authenticated file information system, while improving overall user satisfaction. Particularly, it will look at four aspects: 1.To Integrate the circumstances of the whole evaluation of analytical information systems schools; 2. To explore user satisfaction research, document files information system and electronic system satisfaction research, and to explore successful model of information systems and information system satisfaction research, as for the File Information System evaluation and reference; 3.To Explore the application of information systems success model in the National Archives Information Systems Evaluation; 4. To Study of Information System Success Model on National Archives Information System.
This study, literature analysis, genres of information systems evaluation and user satisfaction related to survey, document file information systems and electronic systems satisfaction research, and information systems success model and information system satisfaction research to explore, as archives information system evaluation and satisfaction survey research reference.
