摘要: | 本研究旨在探討單身者的個人背景因素與網路使用行為在人際關係的差異,以及個人背景因素與網路使用行為對人際關係之解釋力。本研究採「問卷調查法」,以臺灣地區25至64歲的單身者為研究對象,依配額取樣法按區域分層及單身人口比例發放,得有效樣本691份。
研究結果如下:
1.單身者之「性別」、「年齡」和「婚姻經驗」在「人際關係」上有顯著差異。經事後比較發現,女性、年齡在25至29歲和從未結婚的單身者在人際關係上有較佳的互動。
2.「性別」、「年齡」、「婚姻經驗」、「教育程度」、「職業類別」、「收入狀況」和「社經地位」在「網路使用行為」上皆有顯著差異。
3.「網路使用動機」在人際關係上有顯著差異。經事後比較發現,使用動機上以溝通和聯絡事情的互動在人際關係有較佳的表現。
4.「個人背景因素」中的「男性」、「年齡」以及「每月收入27,880(含)元以下」對單身者的「人際關係」具有8%之解釋力,而「網路使用行為」對「人際關係」則不具有解釋力。
根據研究發現,建議男性單身者可多從事與人交際的活動,擴展個人的生活領域,而較年長的單身者可拓展個人的社交網路,且單身者宜做好理財規劃,或增進個人在職場上的專業技能,以利提高職務升遷或加薪之機會。諮商輔導人員在進行單身者之諮詢輔導時,能關注單身男性及較年長的單身者。此外,對於收入狀況較低之單身者,可給予較多之關注。再者,對於家庭教育相關單位或單身成長團體方面,可針對單身者規畫人際關係,加強人際溝通與互動的課程或活動。
The main purpose of this study is to examine the difference of personal background of singles, and their internet use behaviors on interpersonal relationships, and how the two personal background factors and internet use behaviors account for the variance in interpersonal relationships. There are 691 singles aged from 25 to 64 years old in Taiwan, and they are selected by quota sampling based on regional stratification and the proportion of the population of singles.
Based on survey method, the results are as follows: (1) Gender, age and marital experiences have significant influence on the interpersonal relationships. Singles have better interpersonal relationship if they are female, at the age of 25 to 29, and never-married; (2) Gender, age, marital experiences, educational attainment, type of occupation, monthly income, and socioeconomic status are significantly related to internet use behaviors; (3) There is significant difference between the motivation of internet use and interpersonal relationships. It shows that if the motivation of internet use is for communicating and contacting, the interpersonal relationships seems better; (4) Male, age and monthly income under NT.27,880 account for 8% of variance in interpersonal relationships; however, internet use behaviors are not significant factors in explaining interpersonal relationships according to the findings of this study, suggestions are given to singles, and related counseling and support groups. |
