    摘要: 本研究旨在探討臺北市內湖區中年族群的飲食綠色消費知識及消費行為之現況,探討不同背景的受測者在飲食綠色消費知識及行為上的差異性,並分析中年人飲食綠色消費知識與消費行為的相關性。本研究對象為臺北市內湖區年齡介於45歲至64歲之中年族群,研究方法採用便利抽樣方式取樣,共發放450份問卷,有效問卷為390份,研究結果以SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science)統計軟體進行統計與分析。分析方法包括1.次數分配(frequency)、2.百分率(percentage)分析、3.信度分析、4.效度分析、5. t檢定、6.單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定、7. Pearson 積差相關分析。調查結果顯示,女性之受測者在飲食綠色消費知識及行為得分皆顯著高於男性。「45-49歲」族群的知識顯著高於「60-64歲」族群,但是各年齡層的行為沒有顯著差異。職業變項顯示知識部分「軍公教人員」顯著高於「商業從業人員」。行為部分,「軍公教」和「其他職業類型」顯著高於「運輸及通訊業」有顯著差異。不同月零用錢的受測者在知識和行為沒有顯著差異。不同學歷在知識部分具顯著差異,在行為變項方面則無顯著差異。實施飲食綠色消費模式時間長短在知識方面無顯著差異,但在行為部分具有差異性。運動習慣在飲食綠色消費知識沒有顯著差異,在行為方面,則具有差異。研究結果亦發現飲食綠色消費知識與健康狀況沒相關性,但與行為卻有低度(Pearson係數:0.177)正相關,而飲食綠色消費行為與健康狀況也有中度(Pearson係數:﹣0.633)負相關。綜合以上結果,建議政府應積極推廣飲食綠色消費知識,並且可以從高齡中年族群、男性、商業及運輸與通訊從業人員著手,使更多人具備飲食綠色消費知識,使更多人實施飲食綠色消費行為,有助於提昇國民的健康。
    The purpose of this study was to explore the status of knowledge and behavior of green diet consumption for middle-aged people in Neihu District, Taipei. We also plan to investigate the differences of knowledge and behavior among subpopulation of middle-aged people with different individual background. Furthermore, the correlation between knowledge and behavior of subjects was also determined. The subject aged 45-64 year-old in Neihu District were recruited by convenience sampling. A total of 450 copies of questionnaires were issued, with 390 valid copies received. By using the statistical package for the social science (SPSS version 20.0), the collected data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage analysis, reliability and validity analyses, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation test. The results showed that female subject are better than male subjects in knowledge and behavior of green diet consumption. The knowledge score for 45-49 year-old group is higher than 60-64 that of year-old group. For considering the effects of occupational variables on green diet consumption, the knowledge score for public employees group is higher than that of business people group. Both the behavior score for public employees group and other group are better than that of transportation and communication services group subjects. However, there were no difference among variable monthly pocket money groups in knowledge and behavior of green diet consumption. Our result also showed that the people with graduate school degree are better than the people with middle school degree in green diet knowledge. However, there was no difference among all the education levels groups for green diet behavior. We also found the subjects experienced green diet consumption duration is longer, the green diet behavior is more correct. However, there is no difference in green diet knowledge among variable green diet consumption experience duration group. The green diet consumption behavior of middle-aged people with high exercise frequency was better than low exercise frequency group. Furthermore, we also investigate the correlation among green diet knowledge, behavior, and diseases incidence rate of middle-aged people. There was a low positive correlation between knowledge and behavior for middle-aged people (Pearson’s correlation coefficient = 0.177), and a moderate negative correlation between behavior and disease incidence rate (Pearson’s correlation coefficient = -0.633). Base on the results of this study, the authority departments of government should improve green diet knowledge and behavior for middle-aged people through educational propagandas and workshops, especially for older, male, engaged in the business and transportation and communication services middle-aged people.
