    题名: 高強度游泳間歇訓練對內皮前驅細胞及血管內皮生長因子之立即影響
    The Acute Effects of Swimming High Intensity Interval Training on Circulating Epcs and Vegf in Trained Swimmer

    摘要: 運動能增加血循內皮前驅細胞(circulating EPCs)的數量;且運動似乎有驅動EPCs的效果,可以增進它們增生新血管的能力。雖然經常運動能改善內皮細胞功能受損患者的內皮細胞功能,但對於健康或受過訓練的運動員的內皮細胞功能的影響卻很少被研究,更遑論去探究不同運動模式、運動強度以及運動持續時間對內皮前驅細胞之影響。過去多數研究探討跑步及騎腳踏車所引發之影響,對於水中運動(例如游泳)則較少研究。肇因於此,本研究計畫目的為:探討高強度游泳間歇訓練所引發之EPCs、血循環內皮細胞(circulating endothelial cells, CECs)、凋零血循環內皮細胞(apoptotic CECs)、血管內皮增生因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)細胞數量間,以及ALT(alanine transaminase), Cr.(creatinine), CBC/DC(complete blood count/ differential count), Cytokines, IL-6(Interleukin-6),TNF-α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha)濃度之關聯性,以增進對高強度間歇訓練運動模式所引發立即性內皮前驅細胞調控等相關機制之瞭解。預計收納健康且受過訓練游泳選手15名,進行Critical Velocity Training。分別於運動前及運動後0分鐘、30分鐘、120分鐘採集靜脈血,量測上述變項。統計以相依樣本單因子變異數(one way ANOVA)分析來比較EPCs相關參數的差異,並用Tukey作事後比較。
    Exercise has been shown to increase the number of circulating EPCs, induce mobilization of EPCs from the bone marrow and increase their angiogenetic capacity. Although moderate physical activities improve endothelial function in cardiovascular patients has been well documented. however, only limited researches, mostly engaged in running or cycling, had investigated how exercise affect circulating EPCs in well-trained athletes, needless to exam the effect of different exercise intensity and duration on the number of circulating EPCs in swimmer. Due to lack of available data, this study aim at investigate the swimming HIIT caused by the EPCs, circulating endothelial cells(CECs), apoptotic CECs, vascular endothelial proliferation factor( VEGF) , alanine transaminase(ALT), creatinine(Cr.), complete blood count / differential count(CBC / DC), Cytokines, Interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) levels of relevance. And we can enhance the movement of HIIT mode caused immediate EPCs regulation and other mechanisms of understanding. There are 15 healthy and trained swimmers participating in the experiment, and proceed critical velocity training. We will collect serum samples before exercise and after exercise(0 minutes, 30 minutes, 120 minutes). Statistics by paired one-way ANOVA analysis to compare differences in EPCs relevant parameters, and for post hoc comparison with Tukey.
