    摘要: 本研究目的在比較介入8週水中阻力增強式及陸上負重增強式訓練對下肢肌力(1RM 半蹲舉最大肌力、角速度60°.s-1 與180°.s-1 膝伸、屈最大力矩及達到力矩峰值時間)、跳躍能力(原地擺臂垂直跳、3步擺臂垂直跳與跨步擺臂垂直跳高度及爆發力)、動態穩定度(%)、肌肉痠痛(疼痛自覺量表及血清肌酸激酶活性)及停止訓練4週後保留效果之影響。研究方法:以中國文化大學24名男子排球運動代表隊選手為研究對象。隨機分成水中阻力增強式訓練組(aquatic resistance plyometric training, ARPT)、陸上負重增強式訓練組(land load-plyometric training, LLPT)及控制組(C),前測完成後展開為期8週,每週2次,每次60分鐘之訓練;再於訓練結束後第1週及第5週施予後測。以混合設計二因子變異數分析比較三組之間訓練前、訓練後第1週及訓練後第5週各項測試數據。顯著水準定為α = .05。預期結果:透過本研究可預期瞭解陸上負重增強式訓練與水中阻力增強式訓練分別對下肢肌力、跳躍能力、動態穩定度、肌肉痠痛及保留效果之影響情形。
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of 8 weeks aquatic resistance plyometric and land load-plyometric training on lower body strength (maximum strength of half-squat, peak torque and time to peak torque of knee extension and flexion measured in isokinetic test with angular velocity set at 60°.S-1 and 180°.S-1), jumping performance (counter movement jump, three-step jump & strides jump), dynamic stability (%), muscle soreness (visual analog scale and blood levels of creatine kinase) and retention of effect after 4 weeks of detraining among collegiate volleyball athletes. Twenty-four male volleyball players will be randomly assign into ARPT (aquatic resistance plyometric training), LLPT (land load-plyometric training) and C (control) groups. After the pre-tests, both training groups will receive two 60-min training sessions per week for 8 weeks. Post-tests will be conducted after first and fifth week detraining. Data will be analyzed using a mixed design (group by time) factorial ANOVA. The research is expected to gain more knowledge about the effects of ARPT and LLPT on the lower body strength, jumping performance, dynamic stability, muscle soreness and retention of effect among collegiate volleyball athletes.
