近年來國人營養攝取不足的問題雖普遍下降,但外食比率也逐年遞增,學童自行選購餐食的機會增加,由於對營養知識的貧乏,常發生食用太多加工食品而導致營養不均衡現象的問題。業者為了保存美味及色澤,食品添加物普遍存在於食品之中,更深深影響國人的健康,這些考量,更加確定營養教育的問題是需要被重視且從小紮根的。雖然現行九年一貫課程的改革對於學童營養教育相當重視,但對於加工食品及食品添加物仍十分有限,且研究顯示在進行營養教育時,教師應針對學習者的特性,並運用適當的教學策略才能使營養教育更能發揮功效,同儕間互相討論學習對於國小學童學習行為上的影響也不容小覷。近年來行動載具的盛行也帶來行動合作學習模式的新契機,本研究目的即為建構符合Felder與Silverman不同面向的學習風格概念,提供最適合學習者個人化的營養科普教材呈現方式,並運用平板電腦建構行動合作學習模式,藉以提升國小學童的營養科普教育成效,除了比較學習者接受科普教育前後對於營養知識的增進程度之外,由於建構學習風格融入行動合作學習環境的概念較為新穎,相關研究仍十分有限,因此進一步比較有無融入學習風格概念在營養科普行動合作學習環境中學習成效與滿意度的差異。
Although less people become malnourish in recent years due to economic development, more school children do not have a balanced diet. Because of their insufficient knowledge of choosing the correct food, they usually consume too much processed food. On the other hand, food supplement is commonly existed because producers want to preserve flavor and color. All of the above show nutrition education needs to be shed light on and should be started as early as possible. Although current education covers several topics in nutrition education, the topic of processed food and food supplement is still limited. The research shows that teachers should apply appropriate teaching strategy according to students’ learning styles to make nutrition education more effective. The purpose of the study is to develop a mobile cooperative learning system integrating Felder & Silverman’s learning style model to promote primary school childrens’ effectiveness of nutrition education. The effect of comparing integrating learning style of not will be compared and contrasted.
