本研究運用RFID科技來改善檔管倉儲中心業者的作業流程、建立為企業降低成本、創造附加價值的標準作業流程,並大幅提高盤點效率及落實稽核盤點制度、克服檔案調閱時遺失難尋回的困難、創造與客戶雙贏的目標。
Records Storage Control Center is a special type of storage consolidation services for file storage, provides storage and transportation management, information retrieval, security control and management pattern of destruction services. Use information technology effectively assist the archival storage industry, precisely controlled by the number of files stored in the warehouse, and to speed up the warehouse and call processing and delivery of information and transparency during the escrow process objects, provides customers with a better service quality assurance and its commissioned peace of trust.
This research used RFID technology to improve the processes of Commercial Records Control Center. The establishment of adding value for enterprises to reduce costs, standard operating procedures, and significantly improve the efficiency of inventory. The paper also help organizations to implement the audit system to solve hard to find lost data and create win-win with customers result.
