    摘要: 經濟合作暨開發組織(OECD)在其理財教育的國際研究報告中指出,在現今的國際發展潮流中理財觀念是很重要的課題之一,然而台灣小學教育體系中理財教育卻是相對缺乏。在研究者的實務教學中多媒體教學具有將抽象的觀念具體化、使教學生動等特色,能有效幫助學生學習。因此本研究將利用多媒體教學進行理財教育以改善理財觀念的不足。
    教材課程的製作依據SCORM中的教材資產、內容組織等教學資源聚合概念,以「花旗小小理財達人」網站的動畫教材、個人理財國中篇書籍內容等資料作為資產教材,再用中華民國財金智慧網的「個人財金智慧指標」作為內容組織架構,組成多媒體理財教材,進行行動研究。並利用學生學習單、學生課程回饋單、訪談記錄、教學省思札記,收集學生學習資料。
    研究主體是針對基隆市某國小六年級二十八位學生,進行多媒體理財教育課程設計與實施的教學歷程行動研究。
    依研究結果顯示,國小學生對於應用多媒體教學學習理財課程有很高的接受度。多媒體教學能幫助學生了解理財教育的內容,提升學生的學習動機與專注力,改善學生的學習態度。學生對於學習理財課程也有很好的成效。研究者進行多媒體理財教學在教學活動設計能力和製作多媒體教材的能力也精進不少,促進了專業能力成長。
    最後,根據研究結果,研究者對教育機關、教材編製者、教學者及相關實務工作者,提出建議。

    According to Organization for Economic Corporation and Development (OECD), financial education is one of the important issues accompanying by the trend of globalization. However, this issue is overlooked and less implemented in Taiwanese elementary education system. To minimize this potential gap mentioned above, multimedia, a hot topic for modern instructional learning, is believed to be an appropriate technical solution, based on both the author’s teaching experiences and the theoretical findings.
    In particular, this study is interested in examining the feasibility and appropriateness of integrating multimedia into financial education in the elementary schools. Action research is taken as the research method, with its emphasis on the design and implementation of multimedia-oriented financial education. The design of the course content follows the instruction of SCORM; the context of multimedia is accessed from Citi-Online-FinEdu; whereas the teaching materials are accessed and restructured from that taught in junior high school and that offered by FINLEA.
    28 sixth grade students from an elementary school in Kee-Lung are taken as our research objects. Working sheets, course feedback forms, interviews, as well as notes of teaching are all taken as means for data collection in understanding the performance of student learning.
    Our results show that multimedia-based financial education courses receive surprisingly high acceptance rate for elementary school students. As well, multimedia-based teaching approach is found performed well in this context. Such an approach indeed helps those students having in-depth understanding and more interests on financial knowledge, thereby raising their attention and motivation of learning. In the meantime, such a trial also helps the teacher perform much professional in learning design and producing multimedia-based materials.
    Finally, suggestions and implications for education institutes, teaching material makers, teachers and other relevant professions are offered based on our findings.
