    Abstract: This research aims to verify the mediating effect of organizational socialization on the relationship between leader-member relationship and job stress (physical and psychological health), targeting employees of the top 500 businesses in Taiwan ranked by Business Weekly Magazine in 2010. This research adopted the questionnaire survey method and a total of 303 valid questionnaires were returned. From the analysis, we found the following results: (1) organizational socialization has a mediating effect on the correlation between leader-member relationship and physical health, and (2) organizational socialization has a mediating effect on the correlation between leader-member relationship and psychological health. In conclusion, this research discussed the theoretical and practical connotations of the research results and proposed recommendations for follow-up studies.
